Our description
Notos House is a modern and beautifully decorated accommodation, very close to the beach and the city center. It offers guests privacy, since they would be the only guests in the apartment, and a washing machine is also available. The friendly owners are there for all the questions of their guests.
The accommodation is located in Limenaria, 220m from the accommodation and a few meters from the first shop and bakery.
It is an apartment on the second floor, with two separate bedrooms (60m2). There is a double bed in the bedrooms and a couch in the living room, so this unit can host up to five people. Everything is very nicely decorated, with style, with modern furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with a standard stove with two burners, an electric kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. There is also a dining table with chairs.
The accommodation units has three air conditioners and TV devices, internet access, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, mosquito nets and a baby cot, which is available on request, it must be noted before booking.
Guests can park their vehicle at the port, where there is always room.
Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen is done every third day.
If you want accommodation where you would be the only guests, close to the beach and all the events, Notos House can be an excellent choice.

Notos House is a modernly equipped apartment located in the center of Limenaria, 220m from the beach and near markets, cafes and restaurants.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a living room with a sofa, all rooms has a TV. Also, this apartment have three air conditioners. It can accommodate up to 5 adults. It has an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Internet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and cot are available to guests.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
There is a public parking lot nearby.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
