Accommodation description

The Kalogeraki Villa is located in the very center of Potos, on the main street that passes through the place, right next to the largest supermarket, 50m from the central intersection near the amusement park. Its location is excellent - right in the center, about 200m from the beach.

The villa is distinctive for being surrounded by greenery, palm trees, and flowers. The courtyard is beautifully arranged with many types of flowers, flowering trees, greenery, and shade.

The balconies overlook either the main street or other buildings at the back of the villa. From the last (third) floor, you can see the sea over the rooftops.

The accommodation consists of a total of 17 units divided into three floors. On the first floor, there are three double rooms without a kitchen, on the second floor, eight double rooms also without a kitchen, and on the third floor, one apartment and five studios. Two studios on the third floor have a kitchen on the terrace used only by that unit, while the others have it within the room.

The double rooms on the first and second floors are around 13 square meters and have a double or two single beds, while in three rooms an extra bed for a child can be added. Each room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom, and balcony. The bathrooms in these units have not been renovated, they are older and have a shower without a curtain. The owners can provide a kettle or a small stove for making Turkish coffee upon request.

The furniture in the rooms without a kitchen is older, classic, and wooden, with the exception of a few rooms that have somewhat newer beds. The kitchens and bathrooms in the studios and apartment on the third floor have been renovated for the 2022 season.

On the third floor, there are five studios and one apartment.

Studio number 13 is quadruple and has around 20 square meters. It has two single beds and one double, and the owners can add an extra bed if needed. The balcony overlooks the main street, with the sea visible in the distance.

Studios number 14 and 15 are the same - they have one double bed and one single. They are around 18 square meters in size. The balconies are slightly smaller than the corner balconies because they are located in the middle, but there is enough seating for three people. The view is of the main street and the sea in the distance.

Apartment number 16 can accommodate up to four people and is around 30 square meters. There is a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. The kitchen has been renovated, but it has a large refrigerator that is somewhat older, and the owners plan to replace it for the next season. The balcony is cornered and overlooks the main street and the sea in the distance.

Studio number 17 is located at the back of the building and has a double bed. The size of this studio is around 15 square meters. The kitchen of this studio is on the balcony and is used only by this unit. The refrigerator is within the room. This studio has a larger but narrower balcony, and part of the balcony overlooks the back of other buildings, while from the corner of the other part of the balcony, the sea can be seen in the distance.

Studio number 18 is also located at the back of the building and has a double bed. An additional bed cannot be added to it. The size of this studio is around 15 square meters. The kitchen of this studio is on the balcony and is used only by this unit. The refrigerator is within the room. This studio has a larger but narrower balcony, and it overlooks the back of other buildings.

All units on the third floor have a kitchenette with two burners and an electric kettle. All bathrooms on the third floor have a shower with a glass partition.

All accommodation units within the complex have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, safe, and hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen are provided, and cleaning and replacement are done once during the stay if guests stay up to seven nights, and twice during the stay if they stay eight nights or more.

This accommodation does not have its private parking, but a large private parking is available nearby, which costs 3e, per entry.

The villa can be an excellent choice because it is located in the very center of the place, close to all amenities, promenades, shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, the amusement park, and of course the beach.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
