Mint House offers quality accommodation, recently renovated and furnished with newer furniture. Guests have access to a barbecue within the enclosed courtyard.
This accommodation is located in Limenaria, 550m from the city beach and the first bakery and store. The property is situated in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The apartment (35m2) is designed for up to three people. There is a double bed in a separate bedroom, while the living room features a sofa for a child up to 15 years old. The living room also includes a small tea kitchen, equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.
The unit is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
Pets are allowed, but only with prior agreement before booking. Cleaning, towel and linen replacement is done every fifth day.
The courtyard is enclosed, with a seating area for socializing, and a barbecue that guests can use.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
