Mint House offers quality accommodation, recently renovated and furnished with newer furniture. Guests have access to a barbecue within the enclosed courtyard.

This accommodation is located in Limenaria, 550m away from the city beach and the first bakery and store. The property is situated in a peaceful location, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It is a one-bedroom apartment (35m2), suitable for up to three people. The separate bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa suitable for a child up to 10 years old. The living room also has a small tea kitchen, equipped with an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a glass partition.

The unit is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.

Pets are allowed with prior arrangement before booking. Cleaning, towel and linen replacement is done every fourth day.

The courtyard is fenced, with a seating area for relaxation and socializing, as well as a barbecue that guests can use.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
