Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The spacious, bright rooms are furnished with contemporary furniture and carefully selected details, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The nearest beach is just 600 meters away.
The property features three modern studios and one room, situated on the ground floor (No.1, No.2) and the first floor (No.3, No.4), each accommodating up to two guests. The units include a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
These air-conditioned units are equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette with a ceramic cooktop with two burners (No.2, No.3, No.4), a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms feature showers with or without glass enclosures.
