Owner description
Le Vieux Quartier Apartment is situated in Limenaria on the island of Thassos, 600m from the beach.
There are four modernly equipped accommodation units (one room and three studios) located on the ground floor (No.1, No.2) and on the first floor (No.3, No.4). They can accommodate a maximum of two people and consist of a double bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
Within these air-conditioned units, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a kitchenette with a stove with two ceramic glass hobs (No.2, No.3, No.4), a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms feature a shower tray with or without a glass partition.
On warm summer days, with a view of the sea or the street, guests can relax on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done every two days, while the replacement of towels and bed linen is done every four days.
There is no private parking available, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
