Our opinion about the Elza apartments is overwhelmingly positive. The apartments are spacious, beautifully organized, and exceptionally clean. There are mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Each apartment features two large terraces and drying racks for wet laundry from the beach, with no hanging on the balconies. The host is an exceptional person, immediately providing us with a phone number so we can reach out if we need anything. The internet works excellently! The location of the accommodation has proven to be perfect for us. It is situated ideally near the most beautiful beaches of Thassos, which are located to the southern side of the island. The only downside, if it can even be considered a downside, is that there is no store in the immediate vicinity. Nevertheless, exploring the island in both directions, there are large markets just a two-minute drive away. There is no problem at all to buy anything you need on your way back from the beach. I would also like to mention that the summer house with a barbecue area is excellent. You have a fridge, microwave, and flat stove if you want to fry something while the meat or fish is being prepared on the grill. There are also playgrounds for children, so kids can play right at the accommodation. Excellent apartments, truly remarkable!

An ideal accommodation for families with children, featuring a spacious yard, ample parking space, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet everything is conveniently nearby. Regarding the accommodation itself, it is clean and tidy, with a well-equipped kitchen. Each unit has at least one terrace, and most have two. The internet works perfectly, unlike other accommodations in Greece. The hosts are wonderful people, and as far as we are concerned, we look forward to seeing them again next year.

The Elsa Apartments complex is located outside the city center, which ensures peace and relaxation. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, there is ample parking space, and each apartment has at least one terrace or balcony. The nearest beach to the accommodation is fantastic, the water is very clean, and it is never crowded. The host, Panos, is very kind and always available to assist guests with whatever they may need. The accommodation is generally good, although we received a two-bed studio that was not shown in the pictures. It is a separate studio in a house, without a TV and balcony. The furniture is new, and there is the option to use the laundry room at any time. There is ample parking space available.

A fantastic place for a pleasant holiday, a spacious yard for carefree play for children, a wonderful gazebo with all the necessary amenities at your disposal, and parking available for all guests. The apartments are fully equipped, with no additional charges, and are very tidy and clean. Bed linens are changed every 3-4 days. The internet is excellent throughout the entire complex! And on top of that, add the phenomenal host, Panos, who will do everything within his power to accommodate you. In a word, fantastic!

Located approximately 1-2 km from the town of Limenarije, this is an ideal spot for those who dislike the hustle and bustle of urban life yet wish to remain close enough to stroll through the town, enjoy dinner, or partake in similar activities. In the evening, as the sun sets, you can take a leisurely 15-minute walk along the beach to reach the town. The host is exceptionally kind and always ready to assist. There are several apartments and studios available: if you are traveling with children, there is a good chance they will find playmates to befriend and socialize with. A summer house equipped with a grill, lighting, and refrigerator is also at your disposal. Please be cautious with the key (in the new apartments); never leave the key on the inside of the lock, or you may encounter issues. The doors lock automatically. A washing machine is available, and the owner provides their own laundry detergent and fabric softener.

The apartment where we stayed is comfortable for a family of four, although the kitchen may be somewhat modestly equipped; however, in terms of hygiene, we have nothing but praise. It's quiet, perfect for relaxation and restful nights. Private parking is provided. This is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I have experienced in Greece (having vacationed throughout Greece for over a decade). The host is very kind, unobtrusive, yet always available for any information or advice you may need. It's located a bit outside the city, so that should be considered if someone wishes to be right in the center. There are only two downsides (in our case, apartment number 8, a new property, perhaps this is not the case in others...) 1. It gets extremely warm in the afternoon hours, but this can be easily resolved with air conditioning. 2. The terrace is not covered and offers no protection from the sun, making it unusable until the evening hours.

We stayed in a new apartment, ideal for a family of four. The accommodation is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. There are two terraces - one at the front, perfect for socializing, and another at the back, providing peace and quiet. Cleaning is done every three days, and the furniture matches the pictures. An excellent sandy beach is just 150 meters away, accessible through a passage. There is a bar on the beach with sun loungers and plenty of space for personal umbrellas. High quality for the price. A pleasant ten-minute walk leads to the center of Limenaria. Parking spaces are available in the yard. The host is phenomenal; he ordered us oil and honey, and even an additional order from Athens.

A very nice accommodation, well equipped. The terrace is covered and shaded, making it truly excellent for use. There is ample parking right behind the accommodation. It is perfectly located, with some of the most beautiful beaches nearby, including the truly outstanding Limenaria beach. The young owner, Panos, is very warm, kind, and readily available to guests.

I have stayed at Elsa Apartments for several consecutive years and have always appreciated the tranquility of this place and the friendliness of the people. The apartment complex is set back from the street, so there is no noise from cars. Additionally, the tourists who usually stay here are mostly polite and quiet. The apartments are quite spacious, clean, and bright. The staff is always willing to find a solution if any issues arise.

Everything is excellent; the new property is very spacious, well-maintained, surrounded by greenery (mosquitoes :) ), and peaceful. It's beautiful and safe for children. The beach across the street is more than decent, with clean water and no crowds.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation! The apartment was clean and tidy, spacious enough for families with children, and towels and linens were changed every three days. Parking is available in the courtyard and is secured for all guests. The owners are unobtrusive, very polite, and helpful, always available for any questions or assistance. The beach near the accommodation is decent and pebble-strewn, but we only visited it a few times. There are beautiful beaches all over the island, and after exploring the most stunning and remote ones, we mainly frequented the fantastic Notos and Psili Amos, near Potos (about 10 km from Limenarija). Overall, we recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking peace and quiet in the evenings (only the sound of waves can be heard at night) and an excellent base for exploring the island. For such accommodation, the price is outstanding!

The villa is set back from the main road, ensuring a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The summer house, surrounded by greenery and olive trees, is the perfect spot for multiple families and barbecues. There is secure parking in the yard that can accommodate several vehicles. The accommodation is clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided during the three-day stay. The bathroom is renovated, featuring a shower cabin that prevents splashing and water accumulation after showering. The air conditioning works perfectly and is not part of a closed system with the terrace doors. There is also a new large refrigerator. In a word, the apartment is comfortable. The landlady is charming and eager to help, making guests feel at home. Choosing this villa for a return vacation is certainly worthwhile.

The finest accommodation in Thassos. Just a stone's throw from the beach, the owner is incredibly helpful, and the view is simply breathtaking. The patio is spacious, and you also have a parking spot for your car. There is also a lovely barbecue area.

We have just returned from Limenaria, and the description of the property was exceptionally accurate. I do not wish to delve into the minutiae, but for those who appreciate accommodation in a tranquil location, a kilometer from the center, 500 meters from the supermarket, and with a beach that is more than satisfactory just 100 meters away, this is it... P.S. With years of vacationing experience, I can confidently affirm that this is one of the better properties (we stayed in an older establishment).

In any case, we would choose this accommodation again, so there are no better recommendations than this one.

The apartment is situated in a tranquil area, away from noise, just about fifty meters from the beach located across the street, accessible via a small path between two yards. The beach is decent, pebbly, and sunbeds are available with the purchase of a drink or coffee at the café right on the shore. However, you can also set up your own umbrella and towel a bit further from the café, as there is plenty of space. Nevertheless, we only visited the beach once or twice since we were exploring other beaches as well. The hygiene of the apartment is commendable; bed linens and towels are changed every five days, and if needed, we could wash our towels ourselves in the washing machine located on the ground floor, available for guests. The property is tidy, the beds are comfortable, there was hot water throughout our stay, and the air conditioning was just sufficient to keep it cool for sleeping, although it seemed a bit underpowered for the size of the apartment, running continuously at 16 degrees, while the temperature inside was no less than 25 degrees. However, this is negligible as it could cool just enough. Overall, we are satisfied with the accommodation. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the center of Limenaria, so we drove to go for walks, but we were aware of this when we booked the accommodation, and it was not a problem for us, as during those 10 days we explored the entire island, sometimes switching beaches twice a day, and the fact that we traveled 600 km in ten days on the island indicates that the apartment served as our sleeping base :)
