Elsa Apartments is the accommodation in Limenaria, close to the beach. This is one of the most popular accommodation in our offer and is sold very fast. In addition to affordable prices, guests are satisfied with the look and cleanliness. Moreover, some of the apartments have a sea view. Guests can use private parking and a barbecue in the spacious courtyard.
The accommodation is located at the entrance to Limenaria, 1,5km from the city center and 550m from the beach. The city beach is long (2km), with sandy and stone parts. The nearest grocery store is 850m away.
There are five comfortable apartments (40m2) and two studios (40m2).
The first building was built in 2006. Two apartments are located on the high ground floor (eight steps above the courtyard level), while the third is on the first floor. All apartments have 2-3 terraces, a kitchenette, two single beds and a bathroom in the bedroom, as well as a separate living room with a sofa bed for two. The upper floor apartment has a renovated bathroom and the entrance door like a sliding screen. Only one high ground floor apartment has a renovated bathroom.
The new building was built in 2017. There are two identical apartments with two terraces each, overlooking the courtyard. Both are modernly arranged and only a few steps above the ground level. They’re fitted with one double and a sofa bed for two people, as well as the equipped kitchen with is a large refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower cabin and it’s located between the living room and the bedroom.
Since 2019, there are two studios on the ground floor, with one double and a sofa bed for two children. They are located in a separate building, within and overlooking the yard. One studio is in the front side of the house and the other one is in the back.
There is also one double studio (15m2) on the ground floor, which has a double bed snd a sofa bede. It overlooks the courtyard. There is no TV set in the unit.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, A/C and mosquito nets. The guests can use the washing machine free of charge.
In the old building cleaning and the change of towels and linen are being done every five days, while in the new buildings studios and apartments are being cleanded every other day and every third day guests get new linen and towels.
The yard is nicely arranged, it’s lit and nice to hang around. There’s a large gazebo (40m2) with a large dining table and chairs, built-in grill and a furnace with oven.
Private parking is provided.
Arriving from Prinos, turn left on the dusty road just before the Elin gas pump. It’ll lead you to the villa.
Elsa Apartments is the perfect choice for everyone who’d like to be close to the beach, yet away from the city center and the crowd. This villa is also great as the starting point for visiting the most beautiful beaches and places on the island. Potos and Limenaria are nearby, as well as fantastic beaches like Tripiti, Pefkari, Psili Ammos and Notos. This accommodation has our recommendations for a pleasant vacation. It’s great for a group of families who’d book the entire building and be alone. The owners are kind and unobtrusive.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
