Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Yiayia's House is an accommodation that offers its guests a dose of privacy, as it consists of one apartment. It is ideal for families, as it has two separate bedrooms.
Yiayia's House is located in Limenaria, 600m from the beach.
The apartment (85m2) is located on the ground floor and has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room, there is also a single bed, so this apartment can accommodate up to five people. The kitchen is large and in the dining room, there is a large dining table. Guests have access to a large fridge, toaster, and a small oven in the kitchen.
The unit is equipped with air conditioning and a TV, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a baby cot (available upon request, before booking accommodation). Pets are allowed, but it is necessary to specify the breed and weight at the time of booking. Parking is possible in front of the accommodation.
Cleaning is done in agreement with the owners, while the change of towels and bed linen is done every fourth day.
If you are looking for spacious accommodation where you would be the only guests, Yiayia's House is an excellent choice.
