Description
Irini apartment is located in the center of Limenas, near the church and museum and across the school. It is only few minutes away from the promenade full of shops and restaurants. The owners speak Serbian language.
It is about 100 meters away from the busiest city center and 400 meters from the city beach.
The owners of the house are living on the floor, and the ground floor apartment (3 steps below the street level) is for rent. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment is a table with chairs.
The wireless signal is good.
Baby crib is available on request upon booking.
Pets are allowed only with the permission of the owner.
The cleaning of accommodation units is done every three days, and the replacement of towels and bed linen on every fifth day.
When you disembark from the ferry, it is better to drive to the opposite side of the center (to the right of disembarkation from the ferry), since the disembarkation from the ferry can not allow you to go left to the hotel, because the streets in that part are one-way. It is necessary to go around the city center and enter the Megalou Alexandrou or Archaiologikis Scholis street, drive straight until you reach the intersection where the left road goes to the center, and straight next to the Philoxenia Inn. Continue straight and pass next to the above hotel, then next to the church right and exactly across the school, the other house on the right is the Irini apartment.
This accommodation is a great choice for all people who need to be located in a larger place, close to all the city's events and beautiful beaches, and a great plus is that Marble Beach, one of the most important beaches on the island, is just 6km from this place.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartman je u prizemlju, 2-3 stepenika ispod nivoa. prostran je, sa dve sobe ( bračni u jednoj, dva odvojena u drugoj sobi) i malom kuhinjom izmedju. Kupatilo prostrano. Tople vode uvek ima, bojler se napuni za 20min. Gradska plaza je oko 5 min hoda. Sve je blizu a lokacija dobra- neprometno mesto prekoputa skole i crkve. Gazadrica srpkinja, zivi iznad, na usluzi. Prijatan boravak.
