Our description
Sirens Fresh is located in a quiet part of Limenas, just a short walk from the beach and around 10-15 minutes walk from the center. It is a new, modern and very clean accommodation, one of the most popular in Limenas. It has a nice yard with a pool, kind owners and great reviews from guests so far.
Accommodation is 250m from the Vournelis beach and 1km from the city center.
Sirens Fresh Studios is a newer accommodation, built in 2015. It consists of 13 accommodation units distributed on two floors and in two buildings, ie on the high ground floor and on the first floor. All studios in the first building overlook the pool while in the second they overlook the courtyard. There are eight studios in the first building and five in the second.
On the high ground floor of the first building there is one double, three triple and one four-bed studio. The double studio has one double bed, the triple studio has two single beds and a sofa bed, while the four-bed studio has one double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed.
On the first floor of the first building there is one double studio with a double bed, one triple studio with a double bed and an armchair and two four-bed studios, one of which has a double bed, one single bed and an armchair while the other has a double bed and a sofa there is a partition for two people and there is a partition between these two types of beds (the double bed and the sofa).
The studios in this building range in size from 28m2 to 34m2.
On the high ground floor of the second building there are five luxury studios (20m2) that were renovated in 2021. There are four double studios and one triple. Two double studios have one double bed and the other two have two connected single beds. In the triple studio there is one double bed and one single bed. These units also have kitchenettes with one electric hob, electric kettles and coffee / tea makers.
The bathrooms have a shower. A hairdryer is available, as well as a washing machine at an additional cost. All studios have mosquito nets, internet signal, safe, satellite TV programs and spacious terraces.
Cleaning is done every day, and towel and linen replacement every three days.
The yard is spacious, nicely decorated, there is a swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, but there is also a natural shade.
There is a parking lot in front of the accommodation.
Supermarket and the bakery are 200m away from the accommodation.
We highly recommend this accommodation to couples and families who want a quiet location and modern and quality accommodation.

Owners description
Sirens Fresh Studios is a new facility located in Limenas, 1,3km away from the port. They are on 10 minutes walking distance (1km) from centar of Limenas. Supermaket and bakery are 200m away, the sea 50m and Tarsanas beach about 200m away.
It consists of the studios (28/32m2) with a capacity of 2 adults and one child. In each studio there is a double bed. In two studios there is another single bed, and in the other two folding chair. Baby cot is available on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the studios are new, air-conditioned, with mosquito nets on windows, SAT TV and bathroom with hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels and linen change is 2-3 times in 10 days. Room cleaning is daily.
Guests have access to an outdoor pool, free wireless internet and free parking.
The building also features a sun terrace.

Discount
For reservations for period from 01.06.2024 to 30.06.2024, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
