Hotel Description

Roxani Villa is a decently equipped accommodation that can serve as a great base for touring the islands because there are many beautiful beaches nearby, and the center of the capital Limenas is a minute’s drive away (1.4km), so all tourist facilities are easily accessible.

This accommodation is located on the outskirts of Limenas, at the very entrance to the city. Papias and Tarsanas are the closest beaches, accessible on foot at distance 200m. The port is 950m away.

In its offer, this facility has five studios (24m2), which can host from two to three people, as well as six apartments (42m2) with one separate bedroom, which can host up to four people.

On the ground floor, there are two apartments that have double bed in the bedroom and in the living room there is a single bed and a sofa bed. They look at the back yard and the apartment exits directly into the yard, so these apartments are suitable for families with small children. There are also two studios with a double bed and a sofa.

On the first floor, seen from the direction of the front yard, there are two double studios with a double bed, one triple studio with a double bed and a sofa and two apartments that are equipped in the same way as the apartments on the ground floor.

On the second floor, there are two more apartments with the same equipment as the rest of them and they have a huge balcony, facing the sea, but the sea is mostly obscured by trees and other hotels. The one of them (No.1) have another balcony facing the street and the mountain.

All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, iron and ironing board, balcony, safe, hairdryer and free WIFI.

Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are done every three days.

Villa Roxani has a beautifully landscaped yard, without private parking, but there is enough space next to the villa and the public road in front which you can park for free. In the backyard, there is a gazebo with a table and chairs, as well as a shared barbecue, while a shaded playground is provided for the children.

When you get off the ferry follow the direction to the right and drive along the sea on the main road (about 300 meters), then you come to the part where the narrow road leads straight to the hotel “Vournelis” and the beach of the same name, and you follow the main road and turn left. meters you come to the first large intersection (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn right there, and then after 600 meters you reach the villa “Roxani”, which is on the right side of the road across from the villa “Nikoleta”.

Extremely kind hosts. The rooms are cleaned daily. The only drawback is that the villa does not have its own parking. Nevertheless, we would certainly visit it again. 😀

A well-maintained and clean area, featuring a terrace that is utilized, with a well-equipped yard for grilling. The room is cleaned daily, and the space is prepared for the villa.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
