** Green View Apartments are newer, modern accommodation in the old port of Limenas. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the proximity of the beach, because there are not many accommodations in Limenas close to the beach (in the back of the beach are mostly private houses). The apartments are well rated by the guests. **
The property is 100 meters from the center and 50 meters from the city beach.
Renovated in 2013, Green View has three apartments (30m2) available, consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a veranda and a kitchen with a stove, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and dining area table. You can also book a baby cot upon request.
They are equipped with new, quality and modern furniture. There are two TVs in the bedroom and living room (with 24 and 32 inch screens) with satellite channels including Serbian, WiFi, air conditioning, hair dryer and safe for safekeeping of money and valuables.
Each apartment has a name, so the apartments include Dafni, Anemoni and Chloe.
Chloe Apartment has a terrace overlooking the property next to.
Towels are cleaned and replaced every day, while linen are changed every third day.
They do not have private parking, but there is a free and secure parking space near the house and along the street.
The nearest supermarket, as well as a bakery, are about 20 meters away.
Turn right from the ferry, then left, then onto the main Dimitriadou street, which will take you left toward the city center. Green View Apartments is near the old harbor. Just behind the Akva Bar (near Seka), turn right and you will see a villa at the corner of the street.
If you want a good location, this is definitely one of the best possible.

Green View is just that, sited opposite from the Ancient Agora (ancient market place) with some views a wonderful view over the ancient Agora (market) of the old Limenas town. In a very quiet location but a very short walk from the old harbor, which is offers and a range of quaint bars and taverns. If you prefer something more lively the new part of Thassos Town is also close by.
Green View offers 3 first floor, spacious, stylishly decorated apartments - Dafni, Chloe and Anemoni.
Each apartment has a comfortable living area with a sofa and chair bed, dining table and chairs and an occasional table. The kitchenettes are recessed and have everything you will need, including a small oven. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin and shower. The separate bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes and a dressing table. The furnished balcony is accessed through the bedroom.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
