Our description

Apartments Bivas is located in Limenas, not far from the center and just a few steps from the beach. These are new, high quality and spacious apartments. They have a great location and they are well maintained and clean.

The center of Limenas is located 500m from the accommodation and the first supermarket (Masutis) where you can also buy bakery products is 100m away

The apartments are 50m away from the beach.

It is a newly built facility that offers eight apartments - six six-bed apartments with two bedrooms (about 72m2) and two four-bed apartments with one bedroom (about 55m2) and three studios.

Four apartments are located on the ground floor and have a partial sea view due to the olive trees located in front of the accommodation. The remaining three apartments on the first floor have a fantastic sea view. Three studios are located on the ground floor (seen from the direction of the sea, from the front they are in the basement, because it is a cascading building).

The six-bed apartments in one bedroom have a double bed while in the other there are two single beds. The living room has a single sofa bed and a sofa bed. One six-bed apartment on the ground floor does not have two balconies available, but only one. Also, there is one apartment (no.26) that does not have that big balcony like the others have.

The four-bed apartments are equipped with double beds in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a single sofa and a sofa bed.

Studio R1 (28m2) consists of one double bed and a sofa for one child and can accommodate two adults and one child up to 12 years. Studio R2 (32m2) also has a double bed but instead of an sofa it has an armchair. Studio R3 (39m2) has one double bed and a sofa bed. Studies R2 and R3 can accommodate three adults. The studios overlook the courtyard and have a table and chairs in front of the entrance.

All of the accommodation units are completely equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. There's a stove in the kitchen and mosquito nets.

Smoking and frying is strictly forbidden.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation.

Pets up to 10 kg are allowed, with prior agreement with the owner. Special rules apply to guests who bring pets: check out is an hour earlier, pets must not be left alone in the accommodation, cleaning is charged 30 euro extra upon arrival and defecation is not allowed in the surroundings of the object.

Cleaning, towels and bed linen are done every third day. If you want a more frequent change, the extra charge is 10 euros.

The parking lot is provided in accommodation.

When you disembark from the ferry, turn to your right and follow the signs to Limenaria. Keep going straight and after some period you will see the table with a name of Bivas apartments. The accommodation is located in Dimitriadou street.

Owners description

Our apartments can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. There are two bedrooms with one double and two single beds. In the living room, there is a double sofa and a single sofa that up to two children can comfortably sleep.

There are two balconies, one with amazing views of the green mountains and the other facing the blue sea and also offering beautiful sunsets.

The apartments are air-conditioned and include dining and living room with LCD TV, a kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and toaster, and there are also available a fridge, cooking hob and coffee maker. Towels are provided and free WiFi is available throughout the accommodation.

Other amenities feature electric kettle, iron and washing machine.
