Accommodation description

Vila Skala is located in a quiet area, away from noise and traffic. It is a new accommodation, with new and high-quality furniture. Guests also have access to a stone barbecue. The owners are kind and at the disposal of their guests.

Vila Skala is situated in the wider center of Limenas, 220m from the center of the town and 700m from the town beach. The first market is located 200m from the villa. It should be noted that the accommodation is situated on a hill and can be reached by stairs.

The accommodation consists of three studios located on the ground floor, each approximately 22m2 in size. Studio number 101, which is the first one when entering the terrace from the stairs, has two connected single beds and one pull-out bed. Studio number 102, located in the middle, also has two connected single beds and one pull-out bed. Studio number 103, which is the last in line, has two connected single beds and a pull-out bed that significantly reduces the free space when pulled out.

In front of the last studio (studio number 103) there is a shared kitchen and a shared washing machine that all guests can use if they wish. There is also a stone barbecue.

All studios have a bathroom without a shower cabin (only tiles with a curtain), a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and a small refrigerator, a hairdryer, an iron, a safe, an LCD TV, and air conditioning. In front of each studio, there is a table with chairs for sitting, and the space is partially separated by a screen for guests’ privacy. A baby cot is available upon request. Pets are allowed with the owner’s approval.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, towel, and linen replacement are provided every three days.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking can easily be found in the surrounding area.

As soon as you disembark, turn left to merge into traffic, and drive straight to the old port. When you reach the museum in Limenas, at the fork in the road, turn right and then right again. After 100m, turn right into the street and continue straight for about 450m, where you will see the house on the left side, accessible by stairs.

This accommodation is an excellent choice for all those who value being accommodated in a larger town, close to all city events, archaeological sites, and beautiful beaches.

The apartment is only five minutes away from the promenade, which is full of shops and restaurants. Limenas is also great as a base for exploring the island, as it is very close to the most beautiful beaches such as Marble Beach (6km), Makryammos Beach (2km), La Scala Beach (4km), Pachis Beach (8km).

The accommodation is clean, with comfortable beds, which is the most important aspect for me. They cleaned the accommodation every day, and they changed the bedding and towels every three days.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
