Our description
Diamond House is a quality and well-maintained accommodation, on a quiet location, far from the noise. Accommodation units are decorated in a modern way and they have everything that is needed for one peaceful vacation.
This accommodation is located in Limenas, at 1km from the closest beach, Vournelis beach, and 1,3km from the city beach. The city center is 900m far and the closest market is at 220m.
In its offer are two accommodation units - one maisonette on the upper floor (around 120m2) and one apartment in the basement (58m2).
Maisonette is an accommodation unit on two levels. On the ground level there is a corner sofa for sitting and sleeping. On the same level there is also a completely equipped kitchen (with dish washer, firdge, coffee machine, kettle, oven, etc.) as well as toilet. On the upper level there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third one with a sofa for two persons. On the same level there is also a big bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. Maisonette has four air conditioners, balcony and table with chairs.
Apartment in the bacement consists of one separated bedroom with a double bed and one living room with a corner sofa bed. In the living room is also an equipped kitchen. Bathroom has a shower cabin and one air conditioner. Guests of this unit do not have balcony, but in front of the entrance there is a space for sitting with table and chairs which can be used.
Accommodation units have bathroom, kitchen, air conditioner and TV, hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets and a baby cot which can be added if needed. Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are done every third day.
Courtyard is fenced and not so spacious. Partially is paved and partially is a green area.
Accommodation doesn't have a private parking, but, according the owner, you can safely park next to it.
In order to reach the accommodation, you should drive straight when you disembark. Continue driving and after 300m, after gimnasium, on the left side you will see Macedon Hotel. Turn left and continue straight, then turn in the first street on the right, where you will see Diamond house on the right.
If you want a modern accommodation which is tucked in and it is far from the noise, Diamond House can be an excellent choice. It is close to all facilities in the city, promenade, shops and restaurants. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Owners description
Diamond House is located about 1km from the nearest beach and a 1,5km from the city beach.
This maisonette for six people consists of two bedrooms with a double bed and a living room with two sofa beds. It's equipped in a modern way, with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. There's also a yard where the youngest visitors can play and a barbecue area.
We also provide a TV, A/C, hairdryer, iron, microwave, electric kettle, oven, barbecue, coffee machine, towels, bed linen and free WiFi internet.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan! Da li dozvoljavate da se u veliki stan od 120 m2 smeste 2 porodice od ukupno 9 osoba (4 odrasle osobe i 5 dece od 16,14,.13, 12 i 6 godina)? Dva deteta su sitna i mogli bi deliti krevet ili spavati sa roditeljima. Da li je slobodna ta mezoneta od 23.07. do 02.08. Koja je cena? Srdacan pozdrav, Milijana Pupavac
