Eirini’s Villa is in a very quiet location. Since this is one accommodation unit and you would be the only guest, privacy is guaranteed.

Eirini’s Villa is located in Limenas, about a kilometer from the city beach. The first market is located just across the street and for more things there is Masoutis market, 1.3km from the property. The first bakery is located 500m away.

It is a house (60m2) that was renovated in 2019 and has two separate bedrooms, so six people can be accommodated. Both bedrooms are furnished in the same way and have two single beds each. The living room has a folding out sofa. An extra bed can be added if needed.

The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, microwave, fridge and stove. There is also a dining table in the kitchen. There is one bathroom which, unlike most accommodations in Greece, has a bathtub instead of a shower.

The cleaning and the change of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay.

The property has a yard, partly in the shade, as well as private parking.

To get to this accommodation, after disembarking, turn right past the bus stop and continue straight until you reach the Moto rent agency, where you need to turn left. Keep going straight until you reach the highway, where you need to turn left. Continue straight until you reach an intersection, then turn left and drive straight until you see Selinos Market. Turn left and you will see a little house called Eirini’s Villa.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
