The accommodation is truly wonderful; everything is clean, spacious, and renovated, featuring beautiful large terraces, charmingly decorated, and it is evident that great care was taken with every detail. The accommodation includes a hairdryer and an iron, should you need them, and a pleasant surprise is that the WiFi is excellent. I particularly enjoy that it is nestled in a green oasis in a quiet area, yet still close to the center. The landlady, Sotiria, is extremely kind, accommodating, always smiling, and available to assist you. Therefore, she truly deserves all the high ratings and every recommendation if you decide to visit Limenas.

We are a family of four who sought a vacation in the truest sense of the word. Glifoneri Seaside House exceeded our expectations! If you doubt that something can be BETTER than the photos and description, we have experienced it! I hardly know where to begin! The hosts are incredibly kind, accommodating, and pleasant, and they will do everything to make your vacation unforgettable. They welcomed us with pastries, a refrigerator stocked with food and water, and were truly available for any questions and assistance. The house itself is perfectly functional, with everything you could imagine at your disposal. From all the appliances to Netflix, for those who find it important. The house and everything in it is impeccably clean! The location is ideal, just a few meters separate you from the beautiful Glifoneri beach with its crystal clear, perfectly blue waters. Mornings and evenings are particularly lovely, the sound of the waves, the gentle breeze, and the chirping of crickets intertwine with Mediterranean scents, while lanterns light up in the yard and magic begins... The yard is fenced, so if you are coming with small children, you need not worry, and the long shallow entry into the sea is an added advantage. Limenas is nearby, just a few minutes' drive to the store and less. Expect people to stop you on the beach, in the water, and at the gate asking about the house :)))) Because this is not just a house, it is an EXPERIENCE! We are returning next year. We have found our paradise :)

The accommodation is excellent, the villa is situated in a prime location with parking available. The room is spacious and cleaned daily, with towels changed every three days. The landlady is very kind and cheerful, always present if assistance is needed. The room is equipped with personal hygiene products and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is excellent, exceptionally clean, with garbage being taken out every day (which we have not experienced anywhere else). They cleaned regularly, changed towels every few days, and the bed linens were replaced on the fifth day. Everything is tidy and fragrant; I believe this is the greatest advantage of the accommodation. Additionally, it is close to the center and the main promenade. :)

All praises for the accommodation. The hostess, though unobtrusive, was extremely helpful and courteous. The studio was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was one of the tidiest we have encountered during our previous vacations. The room we stayed in faced the courtyard, lacking sunlight on the terrace, which consequently kept it from becoming too hot. The accommodation is conveniently located near the promenade, the city beach, Lidl, and Masutis. Overall, we highly recommend it.

Villa Anastasia is situated in an excellent location, close to everything. The landlady is very kind and courteous, and cleanliness is maintained daily. The well-furnished studio has everything one might need. There is also private parking available. If I were to visit Limenas again, I would choose this villa once more. All praises.

The accommodation is comfortable, but it lacks screens and the ability to ventilate (there are only terrace doors). We were fortunate that the weather was pleasant. The view from the terrace overlooks another house, so if someone wishes to sit on the terrace and enjoy the scenery, they will not find it here. The cleanliness and kindness of the hostess are satisfactory. The apartment is cleaned every day, and towels and bed linens are changed once every ten days.

A beautiful and clean studio, equipped for normal functioning. Located in the very center of Limenas, with free parking just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. The owner is very kind and accommodating, yet unobtrusive. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at Villa Anastasia, having previously visited in 2015. All praise goes to the hosts, a young couple who strive to make our stay truly enjoyable. The villa is situated in an excellent location, right in the center of Limenas, with secured parking. The studios are spacious, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. At Villa Anastasia, great care is taken regarding hygiene; the place is cleaned daily, and during our 9-night stay, they changed the linens 4 times and provided fresh towels every day. The hosts are very kind, unobtrusive, and always available if needed. The Wi-Fi is of excellent quality.

The accommodation at Villa Anastasia in Limenas is exceptional. The hostess Soti is a true wonder woman, a friend, kind, cheerful, and tidy. The entire accommodation, from the courtyard, through the stairs to the rooms, exudes freshness. The location is ideal, with parking just fifty meters away from the accommodation; the courtyard is small but sufficient for children (with two swings and a slide). The rooms are spacious and clean, and Soti cleans the rooms every day, takes out the trash, and even washed our coffee cups a few times... I must particularly commend her husband Bill, an unobtrusive, positive, and cheerful Greek who helped us a lot during our unfortunate incident on vacation. A wonderful accommodation with wonderful hosts. I also want to praise the agency Nikana and Aleksandra, who called to check on us when we were late and missed the last ferry. All in all, this accommodation is highly recommended. This is our third time in Limenas, and so far, this has been the best accommodation. Truly, all praises! The location is excellent, parking is available, and there is a small yard for children. The owners are cheerful, kind, and accommodating, always ready to assist. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and good internet access. This is our second year coming here, and that speaks volumes.

The studio on the upper floor where we stayed is quite spacious, cleaned daily, and the air conditioning is free. The villa comes highly recommended.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. We stayed in a 1/3 studio, which is very clean and tidy, beautifully arranged. The landlady, Soti, is phenomenal and always goes out of her way to meet our needs. The house is located close to the promenade, making it an excellent location. As for parking, you can park on the street by the dock or pay 2 euros for parking just 50 meters from the house, which is what we did. The only thing missing from the accommodation are the mosquito nets, which are truly essential; everything else is perfect.

If we had searched for better accommodation, we would not have found it! The hosts are friendly and proactive, cleaning the room and bathroom every day, and providing new towels every other day. They even washed our leftover dishes and took out the trash! The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk from the promenade and the center. The best gyros is right in front of the villa, and the best bakery, Alotino, is only 50 meters away, where you can enjoy lunch, breakfast, pastries, ice cream, and frappes for just 1.5 euros! Parking is available 50 meters away for 2 euros a day, although parking is generally a major issue in Limenas. If we were to choose Limenas for our vacation again, it would never occur to us to look for another villa besides Anastasia! Rating: 10++!

We stayed at Villa Anastasija from late June to early July 2018. The studio was just as depicted in the photos, perfect, featuring a kitchenette equipped with dishes, one frying pan, one pot, a cezve, plates, and cutlery. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and upon our request, we were provided with a crib for the baby. The studio was cleaned daily, and our towels were changed every two days. Soti was an excellent hostess, always available whenever we needed anything. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was included in the price. The accommodation is just a two-minute walk from the main street, situated in a quiet area where it is peaceful and serene. We managed to find public parking, so we didn't have to pay the additional 2 euros per day for private parking, although it was challenging to find a spot. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Thassos and at Villa Anastasija; everything we needed was available, and our stay was exceedingly pleasant.

The landlady is an exceptional person, always cheerful and communicative, always ready to help. Although it is not mentioned anywhere, the rooms are cleaned every day. You can park your car on the street that leads from the port to the villa (one-way street) just before turning into the street where the villa is located, or in the parking lot behind the Elli Maria hotel (entrance from the port). The apartments look just like in the pictures.

All praise goes to Nikana; they assisted us with everything we needed. The accommodation is lovely, decent, exceptionally clean, and perfectly maintained every day. The landlady is extremely kind. For small children, the facilities in the yard are quite sufficient. We were also satisfied with the location, although we already knew that, as this is not our first time in Thassos. We received exactly what we expected. The downside is the extremely uncomfortable beds; they are hard, and you can feel the springs as soon as you lie down. I might have gotten used to it under different circumstances, but considering that I am six months pregnant, it felt like I was laying my belly on a rock. I couldn't get enough sleep because of that bed, and that is my only complaint.

The villa owners are exceptional hosts!

If you are not seeking luxurious accommodation and your goal is to spend as long as possible on vacation, then this villa is the perfect choice. It has been renovated, everything is new and clean, and the level of hygiene is commendable. The pictures of the villa and the accommodation are entirely authentic. The hostess is a wonderful person, cheerful and communicative, always available. We have never before (not even in a hotel) experienced rooms being cleaned every day; there is no need to worry about dirty dishes (we were surprised when our dishes were neatly arranged in the cupboards), let alone the trash. THE GREATEST ADVANTAGE: RIGHT IN THE CITY CENTER, YET QUIET AND PEACEFUL. Since this is our second vacation in Thassos and for the first time we were not kept awake by the noise of the engines, which are the primary means of transport, the villa is set back from the main one-way road.

The accommodation is excellent, conveniently located near the center, with parking available next door for 3 euros per day. The landlady is cheerful and always at your service.

The studios are outstanding, spacious enough, and extremely clean (they even washed our dishes a few times), and the trash was taken out daily. Towels were also changed regularly. The villa's location is superb, right in the center, with a bakery, shops, and parking just a few steps away, yet it remains peaceful.
