Hotel Description

Anastasia Villa is located in Limenas, about 10 minutes from the city beach. It is an accommodation on a good position, close to everything that Limenas has to offer. The owner is very kind and helpful. Studios are very decent and have affordable prices.

The city beach is 800 meters far from the house.

This villa has eight studios, divided in two floors, four studios per each floor. The first floor has two 2 bed studios (with a double bed) and two 3 bed studios (with a double and a single bed), while on the second floor there are also two 2 bed studios and two 3 bed studios. The 2 bed studios on the 2nd floor are equipped with one double bed while the 3 bed studios on the same floor have one double and one single bed.

The size of the studios is around 25m2. The balconies are middle sized.

The cleaning is done on a daily basis, the change of towels is done every third day while the change of bed linen every 5th day.

Accommodation is very clean, it has a small yard with seating area and a grassy playground for children.

Free public parking is 300m away while a private parking is 50m away.

The first market is located few steps from the villa and right next to Anastasia, there’s a fast food where you can buy gyros, souvlaki etc.

If you want a decent and not too expensive accommodation in the center of Limenas, Anastasia Villa is an excellent choice.

Everything was splendid. The hostess is wonderful, communicative, and attentive. The studio is clean and well-equipped. Parking is nearby, there is always space available in the shade.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
