Our description
Olia luxury is a newly built and modern accommodation just a few minutes walk from the beach and some 10- 15 minutes walk to the center of Limenas. It has a beautifully landscaped yard, a well-maintained lawn and a very clean swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff is friendly and professional.
It is a completely new building that offers seven identical apartments and one studio. The size of the apartments is about 38m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a corner sofa that separates and becomes two single beds each for one child. Each apartment has two balconies, one with a view of the pool and one at the back with a view of the olive groves. The size of the studio is 28m2 and consists of one double bed and a sofa that can accommodate one child. The studio is adapted for people with disabilities.
All accommodation units have an equipped kitchen, refrigerator, electric water heater, coffee maker, toaster, excellent sound insulation, safe box, SAT TV, wireless internet signal, hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets and air conditioner. The apartments have two TVs and two air conditioners, while the studio has one. The bathrooms in the apartments have a shower cabin with glass on two sides, while the bathroom in the studio does not have a shower cabin.
All units have a table and chairs for dining both on the balcony and in the unit itself.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 nights.
The yard is spacious, full of greenery and includes a nice swimming pool with deckchairs.
You can park your car in front of the building and there is enough space for all vehicles.
When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea on the main road (about 300 meters), and when you get to the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name (https://nikana.gr/en/tourist-guide/thassos/beaches/1897/agios-vasilios-vournelis-beach), you follow the main road and turn left, then after about 150 meters you come to the first big intersection (with Dimitriadou street) and there continue straight past the Masoutis supermarket, take the second street to the right and after 150m you will see a villa on the right.
The villa is about 200m from the first supermarket and about 500m from the first restaurant and cafe.
If you want accommodation near the capital city of Limenas, due to the facilities that also offer a small oasis of peace in the form of quality and modern accommodation with a swimming pool, in a spacious courtyard surrounded by olive groves and greenery, then Olia luxury is an excellent choice. Besides being close to the capital, the first Vournelis beach is only 400m, 500m from Tarzanas beach, but only 2km from famous beaches Makrijamos, 6km from Mermerna and 10 km from the also famous beach Pahis, so it can serve as an excellent base for island and beach tour.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
