Sunny Rooms is situated in a peaceful location in the capital of Thasos. It offers guests privacy and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, such as kitchen, A/C hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV, as well as internet and pool access.

There is a total of three studios: one 3 Bed Studio and two 4 Bed Studios.
Studio number 1 (35m2) is a 3 Bed Studio. It consists of one double bed and a sofa for one person. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
Studios number 2 and number 3 (30m2) are 4 Bed Studios. Both studios consist of one double bed and a sofa bed for two people. The difference is that the bathroom of studio number 2 has a shower tub with a curtain, while the bathroom of studio number 3 has a shower cabin.
All studios are located on the ground floor and have private verandas overlooking the garden. Additionally, each studio has a kitchen with two hot plates, a standard fridge with a freezing compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a hairdryer, WiFi, TV and A/C. Sunny Rooms is located right next to Sunny Memories Apartments, which has a pool that guests of this accommodation can use, given that they have the same owners. Pets are welcome in both buildings.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.
The accommodation has a fenced and well-maintained courtyard.
There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in nearby streets, where usually there is space available.
To reach the accommodation, you should turn right when you disembark from the ferry and drive to Moto Rent-a, where you turn left at the intersection. Continue straight to the end of that street, then turn left and continue straight for 1km, where you will turn left again. Then continue straight and the accommodation is located on the left side, just before the stadium.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
