Garden Villa is located in Limenas, the main town of Thassos island, just 1.5 km from the beach and the city center. This convenient location allows guests to enjoy peace and privacy while being close to all the amenities and attractions Limenas has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and local landmarks.

The accommodation offers triple and quadruple studios located in the basement, each equipped with a double bed and a sofa that can accommodate one or two people.

A baby crib is available upon request and for an additional fee.

The studios are air-conditioned and include a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and a kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower cabin.

The hallway in the basement is available for guests of both studios to use.

In the fenced yard, which is well-maintained and full of trees and flowers, there is a gazebo with seating, providing a natural shaded area that guests can always enjoy.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation at no additional charge.

Cleaning of the units, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are done every three days.

Guests have access to parking in front of the property.

Garden Villa is located 15 km from the Keramoti port, from where ferries to Limenas depart, and 27 km from Kavala airport.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 5% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
