Garden Villa is located in Limenas, the main town of the island of Thassos, at a distance of 1.5km from the beach and the city center.
Offering triple and quadruple studios in the basement, equipped with a double bed and a sofa for one or two persons.
A baby cot is available upon request and with an additional charge.
The studios are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
Guests of both studios share a common hall in the basement.
In the enclosed courtyard, full of trees and flowers, there is a gazebo with seating in natural shade.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, at no extra cost.
Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
Parking is available in front of the accommodation for guests.
Garden Villa is located 15km from the port of Keramoti, where ferries depart for Limenas, and 27km from Kavala airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
