Marios Seaview Apartment is located in the main city of the island of Thassos, in Limenas, across from the marina and 450m from the city beach.

The apartment features three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. One bedroom has a double bed, the second two separate single beds, while the third has a sofa bed for two. Each bedroom has its own small balcony, overlooking the street. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building without an elevator.

The amenities include air conditioning, a television, internet, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The spacious kitchen has a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and four burners. The apartment has a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

On the large balcony, accessible from the bedroom, you can sit and enjoy a direct view of the sea.

Pets are not allowed. Parking can be found in front of the building or at the Dionyssos hotel parking lot, which is owned by the same host and is a ten-minute walk away.

Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay, and every four days they receive a fresh set of bed linens and towels to change themselves.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
