Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Filipa Gardens Apartment is located in a tranquil part of Limenas, approximately 300 meters from the city center and promenade, making it an ideal choice for those seeking proximity to urban events while enjoying a pleasant environment for relaxation.
The distance to the beach is 800m. In the immediate vicinity, just a hundred meters away, there are shops, restaurants, and the old port, allowing easy and quick access to all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay on Thassos.
The apartment (45m2) is situated on the high ground floor and features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. It can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children.
Available amenities include air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, two burners, and a kettle.
Guests also have access to a courtyard with seating sets, ideal for relaxing during the day or evening.
