Description
Athina House is set in Pefkari, in a quiet place and just few steps away from the beach. Potos is away only 10 minutes by foot. House is good choice for the group of friends or bigger families who need their privacy.
Athina House is located 150 meters from the beach. It's closer to Pefkarian bay near the camp/ left side of the beach, than the central bay.
Home has two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. Its size is 60m2.
Besides tables and wardrobe, in one bedroom there is a double bed, and in another one there are two single beds.
The living room is spacious enough and contains two couches (each for one person) and a large kitchen with refrigerator and a classic stove with oven. The air conditioner is in the living room. The bathroom is also spacious. Windows have with mosquito nets.
If you request, the landlady will tidy up the house once a week, bed linen and towels will be replaced every five days, but it is best to negotiate on the spot or when making a reservation, especially if you want more frequent changing of bed linen and towels.
In front of the house is a large garden, partly concrete and partly grassy, private parking and plenty of shade, greenery and flowers.
If you want peace, privacy, proximity to the sea, the smell of pine trees, this cottage is ideal for something like that. It gives the feeling that you own a cottage on the sea.
The cottage is not entirely new, but it is definitely the most wanted of accommodation in Pefkari. There is internet access.
When you enter Pefkari from the direction of Limenaria, the house is located after the hotel Thassos, as soon as you descend a slight hill, on the left side of the road.
Both Pefkarian beaches are very easily accessible of Athina, after a 2-minute walk. The first market with basic groceries is 100 meters away and is located in the camp. Very near are several good taverns and a pizzeria. You can get to Potos after a 10-minute walk and there you will find a promenade, a wide selection of restaurants and shops, amusement park, large supermarkets etc.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dobar dan. Da li za 20 nocenja ima popusta u navedenom periodu? Mozete li pitati vlasnike? Vidim da je popust na 130€ u tom periodu a da li moze biti noza cena za 20 ili 21 noc?

Postovani Jos je jako rano ali bi zelela da se informisem za sledecu godinu za kucu Atina Haus.Mi bi kucu koristili od 10.08.2023. pa do 30.9 2023.Zanima me da li bi vlasnici dali popust za duzinu boravka i kada bi bio zadnji rok za rezervaciju.Mi smo jedne godine letovali na Tasosu u Limenasu , posetili Potos koji je prelep gradic, samo me zanima kakvo je vreme sto se tice vetrova u drugoj polovini septebra?To pitam radi malog deteta, i da li je plaza u pefkariju pogodna za malu decu.
