Hotel Description

Eva’s Paradise is located in Pefkari, not far from the beach, restaurants and bars.

It is only 250 meters from the closest beach. Potos is only 500 meters away so you can go there for shopping or for night walks.

Accommodation consists of five studios for a maximum of two adults and two smaller children and a house in the yard for four people. The studios were renovated in 2016, while the cottage was built in 2018.

Each studio has one double bed and a sofa bed with two separate mattresses. The studios (20m2) are equipped with modern and handmade wooden furniture, and are suitable for two or three adults or two adults with two smaller children.

Each studio has a terrace with table and chairs, small kitchenette with one hotplate, mini bar, bathroom, hairdryer, button in the bathroom for emergency calls, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning, safe, refrigerator and internet.

From the summer of 2018, there’s a new-built accommodation in the yard for renting, for four persons. It is apartment (30m2) with equipped kitchen with a fridge with a folding sofa for two adults, a bathroom and a bedroom with one double bed. Kitchen area and bedroom are air-conditioned. Bathroom has shower and hairdryer. It has two TVs and a safe box.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every day in July and August, while in June and September is done after two days.

The house has a free parking space, a large courtyard with barbecue, outdoor seating, umbrellas and a playground for children.

When coming from the direction of Limenaria, you pass the first turn for Pefkari and take the second street, which is located just before the Alexandra Beach Hotel. The accommodation is in the first yard on the left.

Eva’s Paradise is an excellent choice for a memorable vacation on Thassos island.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
