Elegant Apartments are new apartments in Pefkari, very quality and modern designed. They have an excellent location, nice yard, swimming pool, parking and very kind owners.
The accommodation is 150m away from the beach. Main bay of Pefkari is also close by.
It is newly built accommodation for season 2017. It offers one 4 bed studio, three 5 bed apartments and seven 4 bed apartments.
Studio (20m2) is situated on the high ground floor and it has a double bed and a sofa bed with another bed below that is folding out so that two persons can sleep on it. In the same room there is a kitchen and balcony access.
Apartments (27m2) are on the ground and on the high ground floor. Apartments on the high ground floor in one room have a kitchen, double bed, TV, AC and balcony access, while in the other there is a sofa bed with another bed below that is folding out and TV. Apartments on the ground floor have also two rooms, but a double bed is in a separated room, while the sofa bed with another folding bed is in the room where is a kitchen. In these apartments are sliding doors between two rooms.
One apartment (40m2) is on two levels (maisonette). On the high ground floor there is a kitchen, two sofa beds, bathroom, TV, AC, balcony and backside garden access. On the balcony and in the yard there is outdoor furniture. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a big round bed, TV, AC and bathroom.
One apartment (30m2) is situated on the high ground floor and have accesses to the balcony and garden. In the living room is a kitchen, two sofa beds, TV, AC and garden access. In the bedroom is a double bed, TV, AC and balcony access. The second apartment of this type is located on the ower ground floor (you go down a few steps to the entrance and in our price list it is marked as 5 Bed Apartment, Superior, Semi-Based) and in the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there are two sofas.
All accommodation units are modern designed and equipped with quality furniture, SAT TV, AC, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safe box and free of charge internet. They have a kitchen and balcony with pool view. The bathroom is with glass shower cabin. They are on the ground and high ground floor.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done for four days.
A swimming pool is in the middle of the yard, while parking space in front of the apartments is available to guests.
Pets are welcome on request upon booking.
When you arrive from Limenaria direction, do not turn in the first, main way to Pefkari but on the second that is just before the Alexandra Beach Hotel. When you turn right drive for a 100m more and on the left side you will see the apartments.
Elegant is on an excellent location, in the quiet part of Pefkari, 400m from the center and around 1km away from Potos.

The accommodation is excellent. The hygiene is top-notch, with bed linens changed halfway through the stay, and towels replaced daily.

Excellent accommodation. Everything is new and functional. The location is superb. The pool is phenomenal. I would definitely return.
