Our description
Lotos Studios - Rita's corner is a new villa in Potos, few minutes away from the beach and all facilities that this place offers. Rooms are modern and all balconies are facing the pool and courtyard, thus they're protected from any noise. The accommodation is very clean and with the kind owner.
It is situated on the road to Theologos at about 50m from the central intersection in Potos and 200m from the city beach.
Studios (20m2) are triple and they have balconies overlooking the pool. Three studios are on the first floor and three are on the second. They are beautifully decorated, new, with modern furniture, kitchens, bathrooms and balconies. All studios have one double and one single bed. The villa has wireless internet, satellite television, air conditioning, TV, kitchen, terrace and bathroom.
The cleaning is provided every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is performed every five days.
In the courtyard there is another old mansion Maria villa, with the same owners and there is a small garden with barbecue and outdoor seating which can be used by guests from Lotos.
The villa doesn't have its own private parking, but the owners are trying to provide their guests with parking space next to the house.
The pool is medium size, in the shade, with deck beds around it. It's open from 9:00-21:00. It's a practice not to use the pool during the afternoon rest, or at least making a noise at the pool is prohibited from 14:30-17:00.
The villa is just 50 meters from a supermarket and amusement park, and about 100m from the central crossroad, restaurants, cafes, promenade, restaurants and all other attractions for tourists.
Arriving from Limenaria, at the central crossroads in Potos (next to amusement park) turn left toward Theologos. After about 50m you'll see the Lotos Villa on the right side of the street.
If you're looking for a new and modern accommodation in the center of Potos, close to all facilities offered by the city, then Lotos - Rita's Corner can be an excellent choice.

The complex is built in the center of Potos, 200m away from the divine beach and incorporates the rich tradition of Thassos that is received by the visitors as warm hospitality. Studios Lotos complex is located in Thassos close to the divine beach of Potos. Potos is located in southern Thassos and is a cosmopolitan resort. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
