Our description

Rodia House is located on the hill above Potos and it has a beautiful view to olive trees valley and sunset. It is an excellent choice for a group of friends or family who is looking for complete privacy, comfort and a big yard for a barbecue.

City beach in Potos is 1,5km away and first shops and the center with restaurants and souvenir shops is 1,3km.

It is a private house (125m2) consisting of one double room (14m2), one three-bed room (15m2) and one four-bed apartment (30m2) that can be rented out together, as a complete private house, or separately. All units are on the first floor and this house can host up to 10 people.

A double room consists of one double bed, a triple room consists of one doubleh bed and a sofa bed, and the apartment, which is actually made up of two double rooms, has two double beds.

The terrace of the double room is shared with two other rooms and has a view of the sea, which also applies to the triple room, while the terrace of one room, which forms a four-bed apartment, is shared with two other rooms and has a view of the sea, and the terrace of the second room, which forms four-bed apartment, has a view of the olive trees.

Each of the aforementioned units has a refrigerator, air conditioner, TV set and private bathroom, with the fact that the four-bed apartment has the possibility of another bathroom, which is located 5m from the unit and only the guests of that apartment can use it, since they also receive a key. The double room has a bathroom, which can be entered from the corridor, with a shower cabin. There is a shower tub in the bathroom intended for the guests of the three-bed room, while two bathrooms are available for the guests of the four-bed apartment, one with a shower, without a tub, but only with tiles, and the other with a jacuzzi tub.

All guests, in the case of renting a specific unit, not the whole house, receive a key to their bathroom. There is also a shared kitchen, since the units do not have kitchen elements, where you can prepare food, in case of renting separate rooms, not the whole house.In the corridor, there is a washing machine. There is no internet in the acommodation.

Cleaning, replacing of bed linen and towels is done every four days.

The yard is big and just alongside the house is an area for a barbecue under the vine. It's fenced and it has a lockable gate.

Parking is inside the yard.

The accommodation is reachable from the main intersection in Potos where you should turn to Theologos. After 1,3km at the end of Potos you will turn left. When you turn left just continue and the way leads you to the gate of the accommodation. On picture number 8 on our website, you can see how the turn from the main road looks.

Owners description

Rodia House is located in Potos, 2km from the center, on the way to Teologos. The apartment is on the first floor and has 125m2.

It consists of two quadruple rooms, four bathrooms (two rooms have their own bathroom) and one kitchen connected to the living room.

Inside the house is a small TV, fridge, AC, washing machine and mosquito nets, while barbecue and a parking place are in the garden.

The apartment has three balconies, one large and three small ones. Each room enters one balcony. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
