We had a truly pleasant vacation here. The owner is very kind, always nearby if anything is needed. The ladies responsible for maintaining cleanliness are also very courteous, almost unnoticeable, yet extremely meticulous, ensuring that hygiene is of the highest standard. Bed linens and towels are changed every third day, while garbage is disposed of daily, and the space is aired out while guests are away from the apartment. The apartment is modern, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, and the mattresses are of standard size. The apartments are located right on the promenade, just a three-minute walk from the beach, yet they are sheltered from noise and commotion. Parking is also provided. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a large terrace, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Cleaning, along with towel and linen replacement, was done twice during the week.

Example: 1. The accommodation where we stayed (the apartment) is located in close proximity to a gas station, and there is always a persistent odor of fumes from petroleum derivatives. The issue is resolved by closing the exits to the balcony and turning on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, in this case, it is not possible to use the terrace that offers a beautiful view of the main highway and the area of Potoš. This information is not available during the search and review of services provided by Aventura Apartments. 2. In the apartment, from the very beginning of our stay, there were odors present in the kitchen elements.

If there were an option to give 10 stars, I would certainly do so. The location is perfect; everything is nearby: the beach, promenade, restaurants, and markets. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need for your stay, it is comfortable, with cozy beds, and the cleanliness is of the highest standard. The conditions are fantastic, the location is excellent, tucked away yet in the center, with no noise, neither daytime nor nighttime. The hygiene is top-notch, and the communication with the owner and the maintenance staff is exceptional. I would especially like to commend the staff member who worked in Russia; she is so kind and lovely that my daughters became friends with her and bought her gifts, which she reciprocated. The comfort is outstanding, the rooms are spacious, the wardrobes are large, the kitchen is functional, and the refrigerator is the biggest. The terrace is enormous, featuring a sunshade and comfortable furniture! The owner was available for everything we asked, and we even washed towels and clothes in the household washing machine. The air conditioning works perfectly, although we didn't use it much. The yard is beautiful and well-maintained. The price is very reasonable and offers the best quality-to-price ratio for the entire offer! Truly, I recommend it wholeheartedly! We told the owner that we would return next year, perhaps for all 20 days.

We were accommodated in a "four-bed apartment" with a separate bedroom featuring a double bed, and another room with a pull-out bed for two, which was surprisingly comfortable and equipped with an excellent mattress. We were welcomed with four small shampoos, shower gels, and body lotions. They even provided a kitchen towel, which was replaced with a clean one along with the bed linen. The location is excellent, with the courtyard leading to a street lined with shops, a bakery, and restaurants. The terrace is spacious, complete with a sunshade. All praises, one of the best accommodations we have ever experienced.

We stayed in apartment number 12 from August 2nd to August 17th. The apartment is very comfortable, with daily cleaning and towels changed every other day. It is located just a few minutes from the beach and all the activities. The owner, Alexandros, is always available to resolve any issues; we encountered a problem with the water drainage in the bathroom on the first day, which was fixed within half an hour. The bedroom features a safe, which can be quite useful. The terrace is spacious, furnished with a sunshade and accompanying furniture. The parking is new, covered, and located across from the apartment; each apartment has a designated parking space, which is an advantage, especially when you are in the center of the action. The wifi signal is very good. The apartment is excellent for ten. If we vacation in Potos again, I will definitely choose this accommodation once more as it has everything you need.

For Greek standards, this is top-notch accommodation. There are literally no complaints: parking is provided in the shade all day long, everything is secure, hygiene is excellent, and tranquility is assured. Overall, it's perfect.

Great respect for the owners and staff. This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Everything you need for a pleasant and carefree stay was provided. The apartment complex opens onto the main road where parking is available, while on the other side, you can reach the street that leads to shops, taverns, and the beach within a minute's walk. The insulation is excellent, ensuring that noise will not disturb you while you are in the apartment.

Undoubtedly the best accommodation I have experienced in Greece so far. The beach is nearby, with a shop located just across from the accommodation, merely 20 meters away, and a bakery also within 20 meters. The accommodation is comfortable, the beds are cozy, and the baby crib is excellent. The air conditioning and refrigerator are in great condition as well. Parking is provided in the shade, and the terrace is enormous. Bedding is changed every two days, and hot water is always available. I recommend the host to place rubber protectors on the legs of the chairs.

The kitchen is outstanding, sufficiently spacious, with powerful burners, an extractor fan, and complete utensils. A large refrigerator with cold water and ice in the freezer adds to the comfort. The bathroom is tidy and functional, equipped with hygiene products and small shower gels. The terrace is large and phenomenal. The parking is private, with a gate and cameras, which is a significant plus for Potos. Everything is nearby - beaches, shops, the center, bakeries, markets, gas stations, and pharmacies. The accommodation is highly recommended, and we would gladly return.

The cleaning staff was tidy, and cleanliness was always maintained at a high level. Alexandros was very kind and always at our service. In a place where parking is an issue, I received my parking spot literally right in front of the apartment entrance! The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. It is also well-kept, and the hosts are friendly. Regarding the location, everything you need is nearby. As far as we are concerned, a rating of 5+.

We stayed from August 29 to September 8, 2022, in apartment No. 7. The accommodation is situated in an exceptional location, right in the center, yet secluded from noise. The cleanliness of the apartment is commendable, with bed linens and towels changed every two days. One would truly have to nitpick to find fault with this accommodation (see under cons). Apartment 9 is exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, equipped with everything necessary, cleaned daily, towels and linens changed every two days, ample parking on site, fenced, and always locked. The apartment complex is located in the center, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to taverns, souvenir shops, and all attractions in Potos. The owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the nearby auto service, as the noise it produces can occasionally become bothersome.

We spent a splendid 10 days at Aventura Apartments, from August 15th to August 24th. This was our fifth stay in Potos, in undoubtedly the most beautiful and spacious accommodation for a family of four with children over 10 years old. The accommodation is located in the heart of Potos, just a 2-minute walk to the town beach, and features a large, locked parking area reserved exclusively for Aventura guests. The rooms are spacious, the terrace is enormous, the beds are extremely comfortable, and everything is new and very well maintained. Hygiene is exceptional, with towel and linen changes every 2 days, and room cleaning and trash disposal carried out daily. We stayed in apartment 4 from June 24 to July 3, 2022. We are extremely satisfied! This is undoubtedly the best accommodation we have had in Greece so far. It is exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is cleaned every day, and the linens and towels are changed every three days. The host is a remarkably pleasant person who ensures that everything is perfect for everyone and personally welcomes and sees off each guest.

We stayed as a family in apartment 12, Aventure, from June 15th to June 25th. The overall rating is a perfect five (5). The apartment is spacious enough with a separate bedroom and contains everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The cleaner comes every day to take out the trash, and the bed linens and towels are changed every three days. Private parking is provided and secured. It is located 100 meters from the promenade and 250 meters from the city beach, which is excellent with fine sand. For those interested, we offer sincere recommendations for Tasos.

The parking was good, although the passage through the pedestrian zone to the parking area was slightly inconvenient; however, there were several parking spots along the main road where we parked for easier and quicker access. Overall, it was far above the Greek standard that is often encountered. P.S. There was peace and quiet at all times. Perhaps this was due to the fact that not all apartments were occupied because of this peculiar year of 2020. We will definitely repeat our stay.

An excellent apartment, in terms of: 1. Comfort - a spacious room with a beautiful terrace. The villa offers free parking for guests. 2. Location - just a few steps from the beach, bakery, shops, restaurants, ... 3. Cleanliness - complete cleaning every other day, along with the replacement of bed linens and bathroom towels. 4. The kindness of the host - they come every day to ask if anything is needed. On our last day, we checked out at 4 PM instead of 10:30 AM. Highly recommended to everyone.

We are still under the impression that something which is not distinguished by price from the competition (I mean a higher price) can be such a luxury. Considering that we have vacationed in both Greece and Turkey, we have a very clear idea of what you get for the same amount of money. The service, accommodation, and comfort in Turkey are something you get ten times more of for the same price compared to Greece. Simply put, the Greek standard consists of a bed, a wardrobe, a small table, a kitchenette, a bathroom, all of questionable quality, and that’s it, yet it is heavily charged. We are okay with that; we know where we are going. However, I had not seen the offer of this accommodation yet. I must admit that at first, it seemed suspicious how something that looks so modern, with well-equipped accommodation, could be so cheap (for Greece), but we decided to give it a chance... and we certainly do not regret it! The official check-in time was at 2 PM, but we arrived in Potos just before 11 AM. We intended to just park the car at the accommodation and then fill the time until 2 PM. The friendly staff immediately directed us to the owner’s brother, Alexandros, and he did not sit down until the owner appeared; he stayed with us the whole time. The owner arrived within an hour, and what surprised us greatly, in addition to the friendliness of Alexandros and Vasilis, was their perfect command of the English language, which was very significant for all further communication until the end of our vacation. Initially, we had booked and paid for an apartment with a street view, but upon arrival, we realized that the street was a bit busier and that it might bother us, so we were considering paying extra to change rooms. Before we could address anyone about this, Alexandros told us that we would get a different, more expensive apartment with a view of the garden (all terraces of the apartments face each other, as seen in the pictures), at no additional charge, simply because there were not many guests at the accommodation at the moment, so why not give us a better room. We entered a completely clean room in less than an hour, well before 2 PM. As for the room, we were left speechless... everything is brand new, and it is evident that a lot of money has been invested in the interior, as well as the quality of everything in it. The apartments are very spacious, larger than in the pictures, and the bathroom has towels (which were changed daily), soap, bath products, shampoo, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, plates, cloths; there is even a coffee maker and a toaster that we happily used. The bed is huge and was so comfortable (and the pillows, of course) that we inquired with the owner about where he bought the mattress. I believe this is an exceptionally big plus because, for us, a vacation is incomplete if you don’t have a comfortable bed to rest in. Each room also has a safe, and it is generally a very secure place to leave all your belongings without worry. The terrace is spacious, and I must mention very comfortable chairs, so we spent a lot of time there. Our room was cleaned every day, and both the bedding and towels were changed. The maids were so kind that they left different creations made from the sheets on the bed every day. :) What was extremely important to us when choosing accommodation (due to work vacation) was the internet - the internet is nothing short of perfect! Each room has a router, and if there is any additional problem with the connection, the owners provide an internet cable for connecting. Behind the accommodation, there is a huge space (locked) that serves as private parking. The front entrance of the accommodation leads to the main road, and right next to it is a gas station, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy... and the back entrance/exit by the parking leads to the main pedestrian street/zone, where there is another bakery, drugstore... simply put, everything is within a minute or two from the accommodation. I would like to mention the owner Alexandros, brother Vasilis, father, mother, maids... we have rarely met people as cultured and pleasant as they are! Also, you can pay the remaining amount for accommodation with cards. I could write until the day after tomorrow about this accommodation; as far as we are concerned, one thing is certain - if we return to Thassos, only this accommodation will be considered!

This is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. We are a family of four and visited this wonderful place in June. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The hosts are unobtrusive and kind. They cleaned the apartment every day, and changed the bedding whenever it got dirty; I’m not sure, but I think they changed it every other day. There is a bakery just five minutes away, along with two well-stocked grocery stores and a promenade. Compared to the accommodations we have encountered so far, this one is five levels above all others. On our last day, the Aventura accommodation, as well as the one next to it, were filled with guests from Romania, whose behavior somewhat tarnished the overall impression. With them around, it is impossible to have peace at any time of the day or night. Of course, I do not mention this as a negative comment on the accommodation, as the behavior of guests is not something the owner can control. It simply left an impression that I felt compelled to share.

The center and promenade are nearby, yet far enough away from the crowds and noise, making evenings very pleasant for resting, sleeping, reading, or engaging in any other activities you wish to do in peace. Everything you need is within a five-minute walk (maximum). There is private parking, which is extremely important in Potos. The internet is very good. I see that people write that the cleaner from Bulgaria is unfriendly, but she is quite alright. In fact, she is very pleasant. For me, an important aspect is the 'kitchen' - the stove works exceptionally well. Whatever you want to prepare for the children, you can do it in no time. The pull-out bed does not just function as a drawer; it can also be lifted to be level with the bed, giving you another French bed, and it is quite comfortable. The beds are also very spacious and comfortable. I think the owners have not photographed this, so here is a task for them. The chef is in the room... the mosquito nets work excellently. The apartments are very close to the center but are also somewhat isolated. It is quiet, and there is no noise. Parking is in the courtyard beneath the apartment. It is spacious, but you access it via the promenade, which is a bit inconvenient. However, almost everyone here has a similar access to parking. A little patience, and that’s it 😊

Everything is neat, spacious, and clean. The location is excellent, with everything nearby: the beach, bakeries, and a market. Kudos to the property owners. I highly recommend these apartments.

Beautifully equipped and comfortable apartments in the heart of Potos. Very modern and elegantly furnished, maintenance is carried out daily, with towel and linen changes every other day. The location is outstanding, right next to the pedestrian zone and just 2 minutes from the city beach, yet due to the layout of the apartment complex, it is remarkably quiet in the evenings, even though you are in the center of activity. Alexandros, his father, and brother are extremely kind and helpful hosts, resolving every request and issue in the shortest time possible. If we return to Potos, Aventura apartments will be our mandatory destination.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Avantura apartments. These newly renovated, impeccably maintained apartments are situated in a prime location, just 50 meters from a grocery store and bakery, and 200 meters from the city beach, complete with private parking. They are slightly tucked away, ensuring tranquility despite being in the city center. However, even with private parking, finding a spot may be challenging after 9 PM, as the street becomes a pedestrian zone and tends to get quite crowded.

Aventura apartments are an excellent choice for those who can afford the price... Everything was wonderful, they just need to maintain that level.

The accommodation is spacious, furnished with fine and well-maintained furniture. Everything is exceptionally clean, being cleaned and wiped every day, with towels and bed linens regularly changed. For four people, there is a lack of space, primarily in the dining area and kitchen where two people sleep, one of whom is on a pull-out bed. In that room, there are no side tables or a dresser for belongings, so they have to sleep on the floor. To achieve comfort for four people, the bed cannot be pulled out, and there should be a nightstand next to each bed along with a place to store belongings. Hygiene is at a high level. All praise goes to the women who maintain the apartment.

We have just returned from our vacation and we are very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment is situated in an excellent location, in the center but far enough from the noise, close to the beach as mentioned in the description. It is completely new, and the cleanliness deserves every praise.

I stayed with my family in apartment number 4, where the terrace offers a view of the sea and Mount Athos, from July 8th to 18th, 2016. The accommodation and service are of the highest quality, which is hard to find through agencies from Serbia. The hosts, "Aventure," are very kind and dedicated to their guests, and communication with "Nikana" is exceptionally quick, clear, and professional.

During the period from September 2nd to 12th, we stayed at Aventuri. Upon our arrival, the owner greeted us and showed us our accommodation. As agreed, we were welcomed into a ground-floor apartment, complete with cribs, considering we were traveling with a baby. The hygiene was commendable, featuring thorough cleaning and changing of bed linens and towels three times during our stay, along with daily floor cleaning and trash disposal. It is located in the center yet remains tranquil.

I stayed with my parents at Aventura from June 14th to June 24th. The owner of Aventura warmly welcomed us and accommodated us in an apartment that featured a bedroom furnished with a double bed and access to a spacious terrace equipped with a lovely seating arrangement, where we enjoyed sitting in the evening hours after the beach. The apartment also included a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils and a large, well-organized bedroom with access to the same terrace. It is located in a quiet part of Potos, close to the beach. We were delighted by the Tropical Bar, a café on the beach with friendly staff.

I stayed with my family (my wife, two daughters, and I) and it was phenomenal. We were delighted with everything regarding this accommodation.

Everything needed was available in the apartment. The landlord was very kind. They forgot to provide a crib for our son, but they brought it within a few minutes. Wi-Fi is included in the price.

I stayed in a four-person apartment at Avantura with my husband and two children. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures; everything is new and clean. There is a woman who comes every day to clean the apartment and the entire complex. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is excellent, and the terrace is beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is perfect, close to the market, bakery, and promenade. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

I stayed with my wife, my older daughter, and my six-year-old daughter in this apartment from September 2nd to 10th, 2012. Overall, the experience was positive. I stayed at the Aventura apartments from August 9th to 19th, 2012, with my family (wife and two sons) and friends from Belgrade (the Veljković family). My impressions of Thassos are truly impressive, and I would particularly highlight the accommodation, specifically the Aventura apartments, which deserve the highest rating as everything is impeccable. The Aventura apartments are a new establishment, beautifully and qualitatively designed, adhering to the highest global standards. The owner did not spare any expense.

With my family - my wife and three sons, we stayed at the Avantura apartment in Potos from June 17 to June 27, 2012. The Avantura apartments are exceptionally well-kept, new, and air-conditioned, and their remarkable cleanliness particularly stands out. Unfortunately, on the second day after our arrival, our four-year-old son fell ill. We were saved by the extraordinary kindness of Nika's colleague, Miss Nataša (our shining star), who personally took us to the doctor. Unfortunately, we did not have the chance to meet Ana. The beach near us was a stunning marble beach, the beauty of which is hard to describe, and it must be visited - such beauty and cleanliness of the sea should not be missed. All in all, everything was fine. Since we traveled by car from Slovenia, the journey was quite long (about 1400 km one way), but fortunately we have a mine in Vranje, where we visited and took a break. After returning, I introduced acquaintances in Slovenia to Nika's website, and many showed great interest in vacationing in Thassos. However, the long distance poses a challenge for them. I believe we will return for another holiday.

There were four adults and one child. Overall, everything was fine. With the extra bed, there wasn't enough space in the bedroom. Occasionally, we experienced internet issues (we used a short cable - there was no wireless). Cleaning was done every third day, and the bedding was changed twice.

We stayed at Villa "Aventura" from July 7 to July 17, 2012. Everything was perfect, from the host to the high-class accommodation! We highly recommend this lodging and the agency "Nikana", as we personally experienced their professionalism and sincerity in recommendations. We extended our vacation through the same agency on-site at Villa "Irida", where everything was also perfect, although the type of accommodation was a studio (everything new and of high quality, with excellent food in their restaurant). We will definitely return! :)

Bed linens and towels were changed every third day, which was truly commendable. Parking was provided. The hosts were unobtrusive yet very accommodating.

I stayed at Aventura Apartments in August 2011 with my husband and two children, aged nine and five. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, superb, and situated in a fantastic location. The hosts are unobtrusive and helpful. Nearby, there are shops, a bakery, restaurants, and of course, Balkan food, where the gyros is fantastic. Everything is fine. The only downside is the beach, which is quite crowded, but if you have a car, the problem is solved as there are beautiful beaches in the vicinity. I particularly liked Pashis beach and the restaurant there, with fresh fish, attentive waiters, fantastic kadaif, and reasonable prices. It’s very pleasant because there is natural shade on the beach, excellent Illy coffee, and lovely music. Makrijamos beach is also very nice, but the beach restaurant is poor, unappetizing, and everything has a taste of hotel food; the only thing worth trying are the spaghetti. The coffee is bad, but the sea, white sand, little fish, and shells in the water are the best on the entire island. We had a lovely lunch in the village of Panagía, and we enjoyed delicious pancakes in Limenas, near the Serbian club. In Limenas, you must try the souvlaki in the center and the almonds sold on the street; they are phenomenal. Tasos is a wonderful place that should be appreciated without expecting too much. We had a great time and relaxed, and of course, we would return there again.

I first visited Aventuri in 2010, when it opened its doors to guests for the very first time, and then again in 2011. The reason for my return was undoubtedly the delight my family and I experienced during our initial visit. This summer, we decided to go with our godparents, who were equally pleased. Everything was satisfactory, starting from the neatness of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, terrace, hygiene, as well as the yard filled with greenery, flowers, and a garden seating set with a "canopy."

At the end of June, I visited this place with friends. The apartments are new and leave a pleasant impression, suggesting that cost-saving was not the primary goal during their construction and furnishing. There is a nicely arranged communal "lounge" area between the buildings, surrounded by abundant and well-maintained flowers. Cleanliness is upheld at a high level, both in the apartments and in the common areas. The hosts were excellent - unobtrusive yet always ready to assist when needed (although I believe we did not trouble them much). Regarding proximity and accessibility, everything was within reach, perhaps even too close :) An excellent bakery is located just 20 meters from the apartments, a store is across from the bakery, and another store was on the opposite side of the apartments. A gas station is right next door. Everything is here. The town beach in Potos is not among the best on the island, and since we had a car, we spent only one day there, so it didn't bother us much. Nevertheless, the town beach is just a 5-minute walk away. What was particularly good about our specific apartment was that it was on the opposite side of the street, allowing for complete peace and quiet. The apartments featured satellite television, automatic air conditioning, card access doors, and a kitchen equipped with all necessary elements and appliances. The terrace was excellent.

I vacationed in June 2011 with my husband and our one-year-old baby who was crawling. What particularly impressed me was that the apartments are clean and spacious, featuring lovely large terraces. The furniture is new, and upon entering the apartment, you receive fresh bedding for the living room couch. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, making the time spent on the terrace quite enjoyable. The kitchen is clean and contains everything necessary, including a gas stove in case of a power outage. The bathroom is also clean and well-appointed. In fact, the apartments are designed like hotels, with physically separate entrances. Internet access is available. I believe these are among the best apartments on Thassos... They are located in a quiet part of Potos, yet just a minute away from the bakery, market, and vibrant surroundings. The distance to the beach in Potos, as well as to the beach in Pefkari where we swam, is no more than 5 minutes.

Vila Aventura is one of the most beautiful properties I have visited. The apartment is perfectly equipped for a family. Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. The host is exceptionally kind. The beach is very close by. All praises for the description on the website.
