Aventura Apartments is one of the best choices in Potos and Thassos island because it is high quality accommodation with comfort, clean and modern apartments. Location is very good, it is only two minutes walk from the city beach but in a quiet place. Parking is provided and it is excellent value for price.
Aventura is only 100 meters from the promenade, shops, souvenir shops, bakers and supermarkets. City beach is 200 meters away.
The accommodation has few connected objects. It offers 11 apartments and two studios, so 13 units in total.
Apartments are on the ground and the first floor, while studios are in the semi-basement only. Two apartments facing the street have double windows and window glass, for better sound isolation.
Apartments (40m2) consist of two rooms, one is the bedroom with double bed, while the second is the living room with one single bed and a drawer bed. Drawer bed is the same size as a classic bed, has the same mattress, so it’s comfortable even for an adult. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and in addition to burners it has a toaster, electric kettle and a coffee machine. Exit to a terrace is from both rooms. Apartment no.7 is located on the upper floor and it has a garden view. This unit has double bed and two fold out sofa beds and only this apartment from all the old units can accommodate one five member family.
Studios are the same size as the apartments (40m2), except that they are in the basement of the house and have no terrace, but sitting furniture provided in front of the entrance. Studios are sufficiently lighted, equipped with the same modern and high quality furniture as apartments. They have one double bed and a sofa bed with standard size drawer bed.
From season 2020. there will be one more 4 bed apartment. It is in the ground floor and has two balconies, one overlooking the garden and the other overlooking street. In bedroom there is one double bed, while in another space there is kitchen and folding sofa for two persons, also there can be added one more sofa for one person. This apartment is bigger than the others, has 45m2 and that’s why it is more expensive. Also it has two televisions and two A/C.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV with satellite channels and wireless and wired internet (cable supplied by the owner). The apartments are equipped with a safe box, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The bathrooms have a shower.
Cleaning, as well as replacing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
In the yard there’s a kiosk with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
They have large enclosed parking and for really big cars and jeeps there is parking place in front of the villa (because of the narrower passage to the parking lot).
Ariving from the direction of Limenaria, you’ll see Aventura Apartments on the right side of the road, before the gas station and the central crossroads in Potos. It consists of several completely new facilities. It’s modern and new housing, with carefully selected and high quality furniture.
If you’re looking for peace in the center of Potos, in the quality and new accommodation, Aventura Apartments is one of the few objects that can provide it. Choosing Aventura you will be at a minute walk from restaurants, beaches, bakery, supermarkets, a promenade, as well as close to the beach.
