Our description
Mr & Mrs K Lofts Villa is an accommodation in Potos that is newly built and started with renting in 2019. It is modern, comfort and done with taste.
Located along the main road in Potos, it is 100 meters from the main crossroad and 300 meters from the city beach. Supermarket is 50 meters away.
It is modern and stylishly decorated and is an accommodation offering everything that is necessary for relaxation and a good vacation.
It has six accommodation units, four of them in the front of the building, on the side of the main street and the main road (up to 3 persons), and two on the backside of the building where the yard is (up to 4 persons).
Accommodation units are loft (maisonette) type and consist of two levels (lower level 19-21m2 and upper 9m2). Each of them has a double bed on the upper level and a single bed, two sofa beds or a corner sofa in the lower, so they can host three to four people.
All of them have air conditioning, SAT TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen (small fridge, two hot plates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) for preparing basic, light meals (frying are not allowed), bathroom with shower cabin and hairdryer and exit to the terrace from which it actually entrance for every maisonette. The windows and doors are made of special glass, which is highly soundproof, so guests do not get the impression that they are by the main road.
Housekeeping is done every day, while the towels are replaced every second and bed linen every third day.
The accommodation has private parking (30m from the accommodation) and on the city beach in Potos (300m from the accommodation) there are sunbeds and umbrellas in front of the beach bar that provides 10% discount for the guests of this accommodation.
Coming from Limenaria direction, you will see Mr&Mrs K on your right side, soon after passing Alexandra Beach hotel, just next to Meandros Apartments and 100 meters before crossroad.

Mr & Mrs K. Lofts is located in the heart of Potos.
All restaurants, cafe’s & shops are just a 5 minute away on foot
Bus stop & taxi is nearby the accommodation to take you away to all the great beaches on the island.It has six accommodation units, four of them in the front of the building, on the side of the main street and the main road which can accommodate max 3 persons and two on the backside of the building where the yard is which can accommodate max 4 persons.
The windows and doors are made of special glass, which is highly soundproof.

All Lofts come with laminate floors, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with SAT TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen (small fridge, two hot plates, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) for preparing basic, light meals (frying is not allowed) and a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.
Housekeeping is provided every day, towel change every second day and with linen change every third day and all our amenities are parabens free.
The accommodation has private parking (30m from the accommodation) and on the city beach in Potos (270m from the accommodation) we cooperate with a beach bar where the sun beds for our guests are free of charge and they enjoy also a discount of 10% of the pricelist.Our facility raises the level of luxury & comfort in Potos even higher and is high recommended for families up to 4 persons.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj se nalazi na glavnom putu na 3-5 min od plaze hodom, na dobroj je lokaciji jer nije bas na setalistu gde ume da bude velika guzva i galma. Sam smestaj je veoma dobar, kvalitet stvari je na jako visokom nivou. Izolacija od buke je dobra, sto je bas bitno jer se nalazi smestaj na glavnom putu. Cistoca je na visokom nivou, cisti se svakog dana i to temeljno sto je veliki plus. Pored čistoće najveći adut ovog smeštaja je ljubaznost osoblja. Velika i topla preporuka za ovaj smestaj.

Sve pohvale za ovaj smestaj, higijena na visokom nivou, svakog dana se cisti smestaj. Kvalitet samih stvari u smestaju je jako dobar, udoban krevet, smart tv, kupatilo jako dobro. Lokacija je dobra, nije u samom sesalistu, pored glavnog puta je ali je blizu plaze na nekih 4-5 min hoda kroz setaliste. Iako je pored puta izolovano je od buke. Prekoputa sa nalazi privatni parking koji se nocu zatvara. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i pruzaju sve vrste informacija i saveta.
