Hotel Description

Sonia villa is very affordable accommodation in the quiet part of Potos. It offers modest but very clean family apartments. The owners are very nice.

Sonia Villa is in the center of Potos. The distance from the beach is about 350-400m, depending on whether or not you’ll use shortcuts.

It has five apartments located on the ground and the first floor, equipped with a decent classic furniture.

Two apartments (one in the ground floor and one upstairs) are duplex, with two separate bedrooms with a private bathroom (one with a bath) and shared kitchen with a dining table. Both bedrooms have a double bed, A/C and a terrace (narrower than standard, but spacious enough for two). In one of the bedrooms, there’s a TV set. Apartments are decently sized (35m2), spacious enough for four and suitable both for families with adult children and two couples.

The remaining three apartments (30m2) have two rooms and one bathroom, so they’re more appropriate for families than couples. There’s one double bed in the bedroom, the bathroom has a bath or shower and there’s another double bed in the room with a kitchen. Two of these apartments are on the ground and, while the third is on the first floor.

All apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, equipped kitchen, WiFi internet, a terrace and mosquito nets.

The apartments are clean and tidy with regular cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels after three days.

There’s a small courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue available to guests of the house.

Private parking is available.

Arriving from Limenaria, turn into the first street to the left off the main road after Alexandra Beach Hotel. After 150m you’ll see Sonia Villa on the left side of the road.

If you choose Sonia Villa, you’ll be just a few minutes away from the center and the town beach, as well as all other contents offered by Potos, from cafes and restaurants over butcher shops, bakers and the amusement park.

Everything is perfect. The hostess is wonderful, the apartment is spacious, and the replacement of bed linens and towels, along with room cleaning, occurs every three days.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
