Sonia Villa is very affordable accommodation in the quiet part of Potos. It offers modest but very clean family apartments. The owners are very nice.
Sonia Villa is in the center of Potos. The distance from the beach is about 350-400m, depending on whether or not you’ll use shortcuts.
There are four apartments available, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor, furnished with classic wooden furniture.
Two of the apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) are duplexes, with two separate bedrooms with private bathrooms (one with a bathtub) and a shared kitchen with a dining table. Both bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning and a terrace (a bit narrow but spacious enough for two people). One bedroom has a TV. The apartments are a decent size (35m2), spacious enough for four people and are suitable for both a family with adult children and two couples.
The remaining two apartments (30m2) have two rooms and one bathroom, so they are more suitable for families than couples. The bedroom has a double bed, the bathroom has a bathtub or shower, and the second room has another double bed and a kitchen. One apartment is located on the ground floor, and the other is on the first floor.
All apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, equipped kitchen, WiFi internet, a terrace and mosquito nets.
The apartments are clean and tidy with regular cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels after three days.
There’s a small courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue available to guests of the house.
Private parking is available.
Arriving from Limenaria, turn into the first street to the left off the main road after Alexandra Beach Hotel. After 150m you’ll see Sonia Villa on the left side of the road.
If you choose Sonia Villa, you’ll be just a few minutes away from the center and the town beach, as well as all other contents offered by Potos, from cafes and restaurants over butcher shops, bakers and the amusement park.

Everything is perfect. The hostess is wonderful, the apartment is spacious, and the replacement of bed linens and towels, along with room cleaning, occurs every three days.
