Hotel Description

Evi’s Studios is a very decent accommodation, clean and affordable. Clients with very positive reviews made this accommodation very popular. It is located in the quiet part of Potos, 7-8 walking to the center and 10 minutes walking from the beach.

Accommodation is located in Potos, 500 meters away from the center and 600 meters from the beach.

Evi’s Studios is a two-storey building. There are nine studios, six double and three triple studios.

Triple studios (25m2) have three single beds or one double and single bed, separate mini kitchen, bathroom, terrace, TV set and air-conditioning. One studio has a sea view, while the other has street view. Only one triple studio has an extra folding bed instead of a regular single bed.

Double studios (23m2) have one double or two single beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. They also have air-conditioning, kitchen, terrace and bathroom. One studio has a sea view, while the other has street view.

All studios has internet access.

Bed linen and towels replacement, as well as cleaning is done after five days.

The villa has a courtyard with barbecue in it, as well as parasols, sitting area and large fenced parking which is really a big plus for accommodation in Potos.

On the central intersection in Potos turn next to the amusement park and drive towards the Theologos for about 500m. Villa is on the right side of the street.

It is good choice for couples ot families who needs affordable but nice accommodation.

For this price, the accommodation is excellent. The cleanliness is outstanding, the terraces and courtyard are very beautiful, and the owners are courteous.

Everything was excellent, the owner was kind and cheerful, everything was clean, towels were changed every three days, and the bed linens every five days.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

In case the guests cancell the reservation more than 21 days before the arrival the deposit will be returned to them at the end of the season
