Panagiota’s House is one of the most affordable accommodations we have to offer in Potos. Situated in a tranquil part of the village, it provides guests with six well-appointed studios, most of which offer a view of the beautifully landscaped courtyard. Guests of this accommodation need not worry about parking, as there is ample space in the quiet street in front of the villa.

The lodging is located 150m away from the nearest store and bakery, while the pedestrian zone is at a distance of 300m. The city beach in Potos is 350m away from the villa.

The accommodation consists of six studios (three double and three triple) divided into two buildings, with three units available for online reservations: Studio No. 4, Studio No. 5, and Studio No. 6 (in a separate little house in the courtyard). All units are situated on the ground floor, while the owners reside on the upper floor of the main building. The accommodation was renovated in 2022.

In the main building, there are two studios at the front of the house overlooking the quiet street. Both units feature a double bed. The terraces are not entirely enclosed. On the side of the building, towards the courtyard, there is a third double studio with a double bed and a pass-through terrace that is not enclosed.

The two triple studios are located at the back of the house, facing the courtyard. Guests of each unit have their own seating area in the courtyard with a table and chairs in front of their respective studios. They are equipped with two single beds and an extra bed with a standard mattress.

The last triple studio (No. 6) is separate and not located in the main building, but in a small house on the other side of the courtyard with a view of the same. This triple unit features a double bed and a single bed. In front of the studio, in the courtyard, there is a seating area with a table and chairs for the guests of this unit. The kitchens in all three triple studios have been renovated.

All units are equipped with internet, air conditioning, TV, stove, and a small fridge in the kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a tiled shower area (no bathtub). Only the studio in the separate building on the other side of the courtyard has a large fridge.

Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are done every 5 days.

The courtyard is spacious and located at the back of the house, between the two buildings, with a gazebo and tables and chairs that all guests of the accommodation can use.

The street in front of the house has low traffic, allowing guests to park their vehicles there. There is usually enough space for all guests of the accommodation.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left into the street just before the Gkagkos supermarket and continue straight for the next 150m. The road will veer to the left and lead you directly to the accommodation. The house is located at the end of the road on the right side.

The lodging is an ideal choice for those seeking an affordable arrangement and a peaceful holiday location.
