Nouvelle Vie Living Apartment is accommodation very close to the beach, town center, and the first shops. The apartments also offer a direct sea view, which is truly magnificent.
The accommodation is located in Potos, just 50m away from the sandy town beach. The first market is also just a few steps away from the accommodation, as well as a bakery.
This accommodation offers two apartments, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.
The apartment on the first floor (65m2) has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, which has an additional pull-out bed underneath, resembling a drawer but at the same level as the single bed. The living room includes a sofa bed for two. This unit has a sea view.

The living room also has a sofa bed for two, so this apartment can accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, stove with oven, and refrigerator. Guests also have a dining table with chairs at their disposal.
The units are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a washing machine, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed to stay in May, June, and September, with prior notice before booking.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation unit, but if you prefer professional cleaning, the owners can arrange it for an additional fee. Towels and bed linen are changed by guests every third day.
There is parking available in front of the unit for a small car, while private parking is available 300m away from the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
