Our description

Petra Houses is located in a peaceful part of Potos, not far from the beach. It is a quality accommodation with three apartments that offer enough privacy. It is surrounded by a beautifully decorated court yard with a parking space.

The city beach in Potos is located 700m from the accommodation, and the shops and souvenir stores are 550m away.

Petra Hoses offers three newly built apartments for five people, named Aristoteles, Epicuros and Tukidid.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and has a living room and a bedroom. There is a a fully equipped kitchen in the living room, dining table and chairs, folding sofa bed and a bookcase. Each apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a terrace in front of each apartment with table and chairs.

Two apartments are on the ground floor, each has a bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen with stove with oven and sofa bed for two people. There is a separate bedroom which has a double and a single bed.

One of the apartments is actually a maisonette and it has a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a bathroom and a living room with fully equipped kitchen with stove with oven and sofa bed for one person. There is an exit to the balcony with a sofa bed in the shade. On the first floor there is a bedroom with one double and single bed as well as exit to the spacious balcony with the sea view. On the first floor there's also another exit to the balcony with the sea view. This apartment is around 40m2 and it is suitable for a family.

Apartments are completely new, equipped with modern furniture, spacious, around 40m2, and they offer comfort and all the conditions for real vacation. Each apartment has internet access, A/C, TV, oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and mosquito nets.

Cleaning is provided every day, while towels and sheets are replaced every three days.

Smoking is forbidden in the accommodation.

Petra Houses are located in a quiet area in Potos, in the courtyard with a garden and vegetables that guests can freely use. In the yard, the guests can use barbecue and the shower.

The parking is located in the yard.

Arriving from Limenaria, turn left on the central crossroad in Potos toward Theologos, drive for 300m, turn right and you're coming directly to the apartments that are on the your right side.

The accommodation is only a five-minute walk away from the center of Potos and 7-8 minutes walk from the beach.

Petra Houses is a newly-built complex of furnished summer houses on Thassos Island, Potos, Greece. You are welcome to enjoy your holiday on one of the most beautiful islands of the northern Aegean!

We look forward to welcoming you all the year (there is central heating). Situated in Potos village, in the southern part of the island, Petra Houses currently comprises three independent holiday villas within a beautiful olive grove and within walking distance of the beach, the local market or any other part of the village.  The wider region is also surrounded by olive groves dotted with local houses and some holiday apartments.

In Greek, Petra means stone. As the word implies, we've decided to name our holiday houses after the dominant stony landscape of Greek islands as a symbol of stability, continuity and timeless values consistent with our beliefs and concept as to the style of services provided to our guests.Our villas were built with respect for the environment and human needs. The olive yard is well looked-after and enriched with fruit-bearing trees, lovely kitchen gardens and colorful flower-beds for peace of mind and moments of relaxation. Our wish is to make you and your family feel just like home throughout your stay at our fully equipped villas. The friendly and cozy atmosphere will make you feel at ease right away.
