We stayed in Laskarina at the end of June and we can say that we are extremely satisfied. The hostess is exceptionally kind, unobtrusively present, and maintains a high level of cleanliness. The kind owner of Laskarina is there for everything, welcoming you and bidding you farewell with a smile and kind words. If you seek a pleasant holiday, you cannot go wrong by choosing Laskarina Studios.

The accommodation is modest, with the drawback of having only one pot and one poor frying pan, which forced me to improvise when preparing two quick meals for my family of three children. The bathroom lacks any shelves for shampoos, bath products, and toothpaste. The terrace is spacious but open, meaning anyone can pass through, so we had to close the doors and windows at night. Thankfully, there is air conditioning. Everything else is fine.

The landlady is wonderful; everything is tidy and clean. The studio is fully equipped and has all that a family of four needs. The accommodation deserves high praise and recommendation.

We were guests at Laskarina Studios from June 17 to 27, 2024, and I can tell you that this period was perfect. We avoided the traffic on the road and at the beaches, and the weather and sea were warm enough for all-day swimming. The location of the apartment is exceptional - just 400 meters from the city beach. The apartment itself is clean, and the mattresses are new and extremely comfortable. However, there is only one wardrobe, which might matter to some. We usually do not unpack, keeping everything in our suitcases and taking out what we need, so it did not bother us much. The kitchen is reasonably equipped - there are enough plates and cutlery, but only one frying pan and one pot, as well as a kettle and a stove with two burners. We did not plan to cook much, so this was perfectly acceptable - enough to prepare eggs, meat, and pasta. There is, of course, a refrigerator, standard with a freezer compartment, which can be useful if you bring something frozen. The bathroom is small but functional. Bed linens and towels are changed every fifth day. All in all, when you spend the whole day at the beach and then return to an apartment surrounded by olive and lemon trees, nothing can spoil the experience. There is parking in the yard, and although it may not seem so at first glance, there is indeed space for eight cars - which I believe is a significant advantage of this apartment. I would also like to mention the lovely landlady Laskarina, who welcomes you warmly and is always ready to help, although the languages of communication are Greek and German. Through her, you can purchase wonderful pine honey and homemade olive oil.

If we return to Thassos, we will book Laskarina Studios again.

We stayed as a family in Laskarina's studio, and I can only express my praise; we are extremely satisfied. The accommodation is quite good; everything you need is within the studio, and the spacious yard provided a great space for the children to play. Many of our people stay there, so you also make new acquaintances. The city beach is just a few minutes away, and there are shops and bakeries nearby; the Wi-Fi was decent. The accommodation is very clean, and Laskarina takes care of every detail. We even asked her if we could wash our towels one day at her place, and she kindly did it for us free of charge.

An outstanding accommodation. One of the best locations in Potos, close to the beach and the town center, yet far enough away to avoid any noise. The rooms are modest but very clean and equipped with everything you need. Each room has its own large, covered terrace. We always had hot water, electricity, and a good internet signal. The landlady, Laskarina (Rula), was always there whenever we needed something, cheerful and personally maintaining the rooms in impeccable condition. Upon our arrival, she brought us coffee and sweets for the children. She doesn't speak English or Serbian, only German, but we always managed to communicate somehow. Towels and bed linens are changed every fifth day. We had parking for our car, but not all rooms were occupied, so I think there aren't enough parking spaces for the number of rooms. This was our first time in Potos, but if we return, we wouldn't look for another accommodation.

Dear Sir/Madam, For years we have been vacationing in Greece, and we have never encountered a kinder hostess than Laskarina, the owner of the villa ''Laskarina''. The villa itself is situated in Potos, to the left of the main intersection coming from Limenarija. It was relatively recently built, featuring new furniture and a beautiful courtyard with parking. Some of the most stunning beaches on Thassos (Roso Gremos, Notos, Psili Amos) are just a few kilometers away from the villa. We are also unsure if there are kinder employees at the ''Nikana'' agency than those of hostess Laskarina, who have greatly assisted us with everything we inquired about, as well as in selecting our final destination. The villa is situated in an excellent location, away from the main road through Potos and the noise of traffic, yet close enough to the center, beaches, cafes, and restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces available for all villa guests. The room (studio) we stayed in is spacious and well-equipped.

The Wi-Fi quality is average; for instance, we had internet on the terrace, but not in the room. Mosquito nets are installed on the windows. The accommodation is in the form of a studio, although they are classified as apartments, they do not have separate kitchens, but the comfort is satisfactory. Laskarina speaks Greek and German, so communication can be somewhat challenging. She gave chocolates to the children upon departure, and everyone can expect a small gift if they behave as good guests. If I must mention a complaint, it would be the lack of shelves and a coat rack in the bathroom (in our accommodation unit). We will create an introduction with a parking area so spacious that I regret not arriving at the seaside with a truck! With coffee and pastries, you will have the opportunity to chat with Laškarin, who speaks English fluently, allowing you to resolve any misunderstandings without onomatopoeia! In the yard, grandma has a spit, so you can roast a pig too! :D Showering with grandma's water will improve your circulation, especially after 8 PM! The entire complex is fully equipped, so you don't have to bring beach towels from home. All in all, grandma's oasis is abundant with essential accessories, especially warm water :D

The owner is a German married to a Greek, so she speaks German and Greek excellently, has a decent command of English, and understands a bit of Serbian. For those for whom the internet is important, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the signal, which ranged from 4 to 6 Mbps, which is quite sufficient for comfortable surfing and YouTube, considering the number of apartments and users connected at the same time.

We stayed at Laskarina Studios for seven days, or six nights. Overall, we are very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. First, I will list what we did not like, or the complaints: - Due to the nature of my job, it is extremely important for me to have internet access even during vacation, so I always choose accommodations that specify Wi-Fi is provided. At Laskarina Studios, the internet worked properly for the first two days, then it was completely down for two days, and the rest of the vacation it was unusable (it exists, but the signal is weak, constantly dropping, etc.). - During our stay, the studio was never cleaned, although it was stated that it would be cleaned on the fifth day. Essentially, this did not bother us too much, as we maintain the hygiene of the space ourselves (just like at home), but it is really unpleasant that at least the bathroom mat and towels were not changed. - The kitchen could be better equipped (we mostly eat out, but still, many items were missing). There is no large knife, no bowls or anything similar for salad, cutting watermelon is an impossible mission :D. Now for all the good things (which far outnumber the bad): - The accommodation is in an excellent location. You can reach the center in five minutes of easy walking, literally. However, you are far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle, allowing for a peaceful sleep. - The accommodation provides secure parking for its guests within the courtyard, which is very significant, as you do not have to leave your car on the street exposed to various careless drivers (unfortunately, there are many of them). - The owner is extremely kind, a lovely lady. She speaks only Greek and German, but we somehow managed to communicate :-) When we arrived, she brewed us coffee to refresh ourselves after the journey. Always smiling and pleasant, absolutely unobtrusive. - The studio itself is quite decent, tidy, and when we entered, it was very clean. I really liked the accommodation. A special plus is that the doors and windows do not face directly onto the street but rather into the internal courtyard, so you can leave the windows open without worry. - All windows have mosquito nets, which was very important to us. I hope this review will help those who decide to vacation at Laskarina Studios.

Although she speaks only Greek and German, she made every effort to ensure our comfort, greeting us in Serbian, asking how we were, and whether we needed towels, among other things. Every morning, she inquired about the child—where they were and how they were doing. She creates a sense of welcome that truly deserves appreciation. Anything missing in the apartment can be requested without hesitation. The internet signal is excellent, and there is always hot water with satisfactory pressure. If the sun is shining on the terrace, there are tables at the back of the yard under the olive tree that are always in the shade. There is a clothesline with clothespins, a grill, and a parking space for every guest, as well as swings and a slide for the children. Each room has its own terrace with, I must say, very comfortable chairs :) The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils for quick meal preparation. Everything is clean and tidy.

However, we have a complaint regarding the unstable water pressure and the lack of hot water during the morning hours. Noise is an inherent aspect of the studio we stayed in, as it was located by the street, and the nearby stream is teeming with tourists. In any case, there are recommendations, but complaints remain.

The conditions are quite satisfactory for people with normal needs. What bothered me was that my wife and I had to move from the room on the upper floor to the one on the ground floor for the last three nights because new guests were arriving, despite there being no difference in the number of beds in the two rooms. To be clear, it is not at all easy to pack everything from one room and transfer it to another, and then unpack again.

I stayed at the villa at the end of August 2014 with my wife and two children aged six. The children were thrilled with the swings and spent most of their time on them (when we weren’t at the beach), while I was personally satisfied with the cleanliness. You can read everything else on the website, as the villa is excellently described.

From August 20 to 31, 2014, we stayed with the Laskarina family, who have two children aged 6 and 10. Laskarina welcomed us as if we had known each other for a thousand years, showering us with kisses and offering coffee, pastries, juice, and beer... Let’s be realistic, you won’t find that even with your first neighbor. The immense kindness of Mrs. Laskarina and everything we experienced on this marvelous island made us ponder that if we are unable to go to Thassos, we won’t go to the sea at all. We visited many places, but ten days is hardly enough to see everything, so this year, God willing, we are coming back to complete our mission. Here, for your money, people truly care for you, and I greatly appreciate that.

My husband and I spent a few days at this accommodation starting from September 11th. We have nothing but praise; everything was perfect, the hostess was kind, the location was close to the center, and much more...

September 04 - 14. A couple without children.

We visited at the beginning of September this year, and in July of last year at Laskarina, and once again we were delighted. The studio is clean, spacious, and the owner is always pleasant and smiling. There is parking available in the courtyard, and the use of a grill is permitted. A Wi-Fi signal is accessible from the nearest neighbors. The location is good, peaceful, and close to the central intersection.

My wife and I vacationed at the end of August and the beginning of September. We truly have nothing to add that hasn't already been said. Overall, we are satisfied, and what we would repeat is the pleasant and unobtrusive hostess, as well as the cleanliness.

We vacationed (four family members) from August 30th to September 11th and we are completely satisfied – our expectations were met. Since this was our base for daily excursions around the island, it was excellent. We encountered a few minor issues, unexpected even for the hostess, regarding hot water in the evening hours, but everything was resolved quickly. The hostess speaks only German and, of course, Greek, so communication was a bit challenging, but we managed. Considering that we have been visitors to Thassos for the tenth year now, I find the accommodation quite satisfactory and I warmly recommend it.

My girlfriend and I stayed in these apartments and we were extremely satisfied, there are no complaints! Everything was neat, clean, and the kind lady deserves all the praise.

At the end of August and the beginning of September, I stayed with my husband and our eight-month-old daughter in this villa. As for the studios themselves, they are smaller, but since we spent most of our days at the beach, it didn’t bother us much. The landlady is very kind, always smiling, and she is always willing to help if you manage to communicate. I used Google Translate, and that’s how we communicated :)

My family stayed in this villa in August 2013. Before we chose this villa, I read guest reviews and all the praises for it. Generally, the accommodation is decent, but it is not suitable for families with children! Parking is available, but there were times when there were no free spots. Everything mentioned regarding the pressure applies to the kitchen, which lacks even the most basic items! Out of the 17 times we have been to Thassos (both on our own and through agencies and Nikana), this is one of the poorer accommodations, and we truly regret having such a bad experience with the accommodation after so many years! I hope my comment clarifies what kind of accommodation we are talking about, so it doesn't seem like "people only have words of PRAISE for this villa!!!"

My husband and I stayed at the Laskarina studio from August 1, 2013, to August 10, 2013. The studio features a small kitchenette, a room with a double bed and an additional bed, a bathroom, and a terrace. It is decent; the air conditioning is included in the price, though we didn’t use it at all. The landlady is a lovely older woman, always ready to help if you need anything. Oh, and the bedding is changed every 4-5 days, and she also cleans the room at that time.

I vacationed with my friend from June 16 to 26 at Laskarina Studio, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire arrangement. The accommodation was excellent for the price, a very clean studio that Mrs. Laskarina cleaned every five days, a beautifully maintained yard with parking, air conditioning included in the studio price, the beach is not far away, and the landlady, Mrs. Laskarina, is an endlessly charming woman with whom it is very easy to make arrangements, despite the fact that she knows only a few words of Serbian and not a word of English. In conclusion, a big thank you to Nikana, who recommended this accommodation to us, as it was exactly what we wanted for our vacation: peaceful, quiet, and pleasant, with plenty of shade.

We stayed from September 1st to 13th on the ground floor of the second building. The owner was extremely kind, and we established excellent contact. Whatever we needed, we received without any issues. The accommodation was perfect, everything was just as it should be. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the center, an easy stroll, without any problems. Peace and quiet, parking for the car, exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend the accommodation provided by Mrs. Laskarina! Tasos and the accommodation were so pleasant that we extended our vacation for a few more days!

The studio is just a five-minute walk from the center of Potos, yet it remains peaceful at night, unlike some villas located right on the promenade. The rooms are tidy, clean, and spacious. The landlady is kind, but unfortunately, she only speaks Greek and German, which made communication somewhat challenging. The only downside was the water pressure on the first floor; having long hair made rinsing a bit of a struggle. Overall, I am satisfied. Lastly, a significant advantage is the parking.

We spent ten days from August 16th, two adults with three children. What we had agreed upon awaited us. The kind Mrs. Laskarina and the very clean property impressed us. We are thrilled.

During our stay at Laskarina, we spent ten exceptionally pleasant days from August 11 to 21, 2012. Regarding the accommodation and the hostess, without exaggeration or unnecessary compliments that might sound inappropriate, everything was wonderful. It was clean, decent, with a spacious terrace, and the hosts were kind and unobtrusive. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend it, or as we say - the best value for money.

I stayed with my son. The studio is sufficient for two people, but the kitchenware was inadequate, so we requested and received additional items. The main issue with Laskarina is the weak water pressure for showering, followed by the incessant whistling from the plumbing that disturbs us even at night. Lastly, I find it perplexing that flowers are watered at six in the morning accompanied by loud conversations right outside our windows. Everything else was decent.

During the period from July 26 to August 4, 2012, I stayed with my partner and wife. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, especially the kindness and helpfulness of the owner.

My wife and I stayed from July 25 to August 4, 2012. We had an excellent studio on the upper floor. New furniture, television, refrigerator, air conditioning included in the accommodation price, a separate kitchen, and a splendid new bathroom. Bed linens and towels are changed every five days. The landlady was exceptionally kind. Everything was very clean. There is parking for vehicles in the courtyard. All praises for the accommodation. I must also commend the Nikane agency for their exceptional kindness and professionalism. Everything regarding the selection and reservation was handled very professionally and swiftly, with plenty of information available on the website as well. Kudos for the site.

Our family of three stayed at Laskarina Studios from July 8, 2012, to July 18, 2012. We believe the location is excellent as it is situated just outside the center, approximately 300 meters away (my husband counted 500 steps), making it peaceful and ideal for rest. Our apartment was located on the ground floor with an entrance from the courtyard and was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, featuring air conditioning and a terrace in front of the apartment. The courtyard offers parking spaces for vehicles. The owner of the studio is an exceptionally kind and hardworking lady who speaks German and knows a few words in Serbian. The apartment is cleaned every five days, and linens and towels are changed. All the best about Laskarina Studios.
