Hotel Description
Nido Casa in Potos is an accommodation consisting of two newly built apartments, located approximately 850m from the city beach and promenade.
Apartment number 1 (46m2) overlooks the street and is situated at the front of the house. Apartment number 2 (64m2) is located at the back of the house. Both are on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five people. They have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The living room features a sofa where the fifth person can sleep.
They are equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, large refrigerator, stove with oven, safety deposit box, hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
Both apartments have a seating area in front of the entrance.
Parking is available in front of the accommodation for guests. Pets are not allowed.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for its hygiene during their stay.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
