Accommodation description
Plaka Studios are located at 2.6km from the center of Skala Kallirachi towards Limenaria, on the right side of the road. If you prefer to be near the water, this is as close as it could get. The accomodation was built in 1967 and was renovated in 2009.
In this accommodation there are eight studios and one apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, accessible from the garden and has a sea view, one double, one bunk bed and a sofa. Two studios have a garden view, place for sitting in front of the unit and two single beds and a sofa or a double and a bunk bed. There are also two three bed studios (two single beds and a sofa) accessible from the garden and they have a sea view.
Two triple (double and single bed) and two quadriple studios (a double and two single beds) are located on the lower floor, closer to the beach. These units have a common balcony.
All the units have a shower cabin and an equipped kitchen, but some have a safe, hair dryer and a big balcony.
The owner has a washing machine and she said that she could wash your clothes and towels if needed.
The garden is large and nicely arranged. At first glance it appears that in the garden is an restaurant, because there are lots of tables and chairs and it looks really nice. In the garden, by the sea, there are situated two barbecues and a fireplace.
The beach is rocky first few meters, and then comes the part with sandy bottom. The beach chairs are free for guests.
This house is often rented by groups, theaters, small private firms. It is ideal for larger companies. Feeling that you’re staying so close to the sea is really fantastic. Even for us was strange to sit on the terrace below which is water.
Cleaning is done every three days and the replacement of towels and bed linen on the middle of the stay.
All the units have around 22m2 (some are bigger and some are smaller).
If you want to be near the water, to hear sound of waves from the room, if it is perhaps advised to you of health reasons, then Plaka Studios are an excellent choice because this villa is a very attractive combination of location and quality accommodation.
House is about 500m away from the first restaurant. It is a good fish tavern Klisma.
Every morning, a baker hangs next to the house so you can buy bread and rolls from him, and when you plan to cook fish just announce to the owner and fisherman would bring fish to choose from.
The house is great for those who want something different and attractive.

My wife and I vacationed at the end of June in a double room apartment on the first floor. All praise. It was a perfect holiday for those seeking tranquility, right on the seashore, or rather on the beach, in a beautiful garden filled with flowers.

In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
