Hotel Description

Summer Rooms is located in Skala Sotiros, 130m from the nearest beach. In its offer, there are rooms with common kitchen and pleasant view to the sea or mountain. The villa is affordable with a good location.

The sandy beach in the center is 400m away from the villa. There, you can find stores and meat shops, while the bakery is 50m away from the villa.

The accommodation was built in 1993. In its offer, there’re three 2 Bed and three 3 Bed rooms with a surface of 14m2.

On the first floor (high ground floor) are located two 2 Bed rooms with two single beds and one 3 Bed room overlooking the mountain with olives, and has a double and a single bed. The two bed units are located on the front side of the house. There’s one equipped common kitchen on each of the floors, with hot plates and electris kettle.

On the second floor, there are two 3 Bed rooms with a double and a single bed and one 2 Bed room with two single beds. The 2 Bed room and one 3 Bed Room have a sea view, while the other 3 Bed room has a mountain view.

Every room has A/C, TV, mosquito nets and a small fridge. There isn’t a possibility of adding an extra bed or baby cot. The bathroom has shower base with a curtain. Pets are not allowed.

The cleaning is done every day, while the towels and bed linen are being changed every three days.

A parking spot is available for every guest of the accommodation.

Coming from Prinos, take a left turn to an alley after the store with mattresses and aqua floats, 350m from the port. Keep going straight about 100m and take a turn right in a third alley, on a dirt road, where you will see the villa.

Summer Rooms is a good choice for the ones looking for affordable accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
