Owners description
Villa Vista Al Mar is a lovely property located in the midst of Thasos's natural riches, in the seaside village of Skala Kallirachi just 400 meters from the closest beach. The beautiful decor of the estate conveys its unique identity from the first moment someone walks in. The villa is rather spacious and can easily accommodate up to six people in its three separate bedrooms.
The layout of the villa consists of three separate bedrooms, a kitchen area equipped with all the necessary appliances & cooking utensils and a lovely en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. Lastly, each bedroom has direct access to a private furnished balcony with a sea view. From the season 2019 there will be a second bathroom also.
For the season 2022 one more unit on the ground floor will be available.Replacing towels and bed linen is done on every 4 days.
The homelike feeling of the villa combined with its excellent location makes Villa Vista Al Mar an ideal choice for anyone looking for a vacation to unwind and explore the hidden beauties of Thassos.

Bookings
Rasevations can be made for minimum 4 nights in April, May, September and October and minimun 5 nights in Jun, July and August.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
