The house has three bedrooms, one room has a double bed, the second room has a narrower double bed, while the third room has two joined single beds, there is the possibility of adding an extra bed and it can accommodate up to 5 adults and one child. It has an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Internet, TV, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and hair dryer are at guests’ disposal. The building is air-conditioned, and there are mosquito nets on the windows.

The yard is fenced and nicely decorated, with a summerhouse and barbecue, and there is also a space for parking cars.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
