Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Valia House is a ground-floor accommodation that offers a comfortable stay for up to four guests. It features a spacious living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room includes a cozy sofa bed for two.
