Hotel Description

Vila Thalassorama is located at the entrance to Skala Maries, in non-traffic street, in a fantastic location, just above the beautiful Astpas (Sugar) beach. You can enjoy lovely sea view from you balconies.

Skala Maries center with all necessary amenities (supermarket, several restaurants and cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, public beach) is only 550m from the villa. Platanes/Sunset Beach is on the other end of Skala Maries, 850m away from the villa.

Accommodation was built in 2009 but few times renovated.

For internet reservations are available three twin studios and three four-bed maisonettes. All the units have a balcony with a sea view. The balconies on the first floor are a bit bigger than the ones on the second. On the ground floor is a supermarket.

Twin studios are on the first floor and have two single beds, equipped kitchen and a bathroom. They have about 20m2.

Four-bed maisonettes (studio on two levels, 30m2) are located on the second floor and are consisted of kitchen, bathroom, balcony, ground floor where two connected single beds are and a gallery, which can be reached by wooden stairs, with two connected single beds. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed in the studios or maisonettes.

Cleaning is everyday and the linen and towels are being changed every three days.

All the units have A/C, TV, WiFi connection, hairdryer and mosquito nets.

In front of the house, on the street and widening on the street, there are enough parking places for all the guests.

Playground is close, at the end of the street.

Atspas Beach is sandy, organized, with long shallow, ideal for children, with a volleyball court and parking space, immediately below the villa, connected by stairs.

Arriving from the direction of Prinos, the villa is situated on the outskirts of Skala Maries, towards Limenaria, on the left side of the road, immediately after the villa Porto Gatos.

We strongly recommend this villa to all of you who like large balconies overlooking the sea, near the beautiful beach, without a desire to some live place, crowds, shopping and wild nightlife. In short, we recommend it to those who truly know how to enjoy the beautiful, the sea, the beach, smell of the sea, peace and quiet.

The view of the sea is truly beautiful, and the rooms are clean. The bathroom is quite small and should have a shower cabin instead of a regular curtain.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
