Our description
Platanes Studios is located just a few steps away from the Sunset beach in Skala Maries. It offers privacy to the guests and studios that have direct access to the garden with shade. It provides parking space and barbecue. The accommodation is a good choice for families or bigger companies.
Villa is located 50m away from the Sunset beach. Nearby there are a city beach in the center of the village (300m) and popular Atspas beach (900m). In the center there are also the meat market, bakery, pharmacy, shop and a few taverns.
The house has two four bed and one double studio that are located on the ground floor. Double studio has 23m2 and one double bed, while four bed studios have 50m2, two single and one double bed. Extra bed or baby cot can not be added. All studios have own space for sitting in the yard that is partially separated and has a table and chairs.
All studios have air-conditioning, internet access, mosquito nets, TV, kitchen, bathroom and hairdryer. Kitchens are fully equipped and have a big fridge, stove, electric kettle and coffee machine. In the bathroom there is a shower with curtains.
Cleaning and the replacement of towels and linen are being done every four days.
A big yard with lots of shade and is accessible from all three studios. There is also a barbecue.
Parking is provided to all guests of this accommodation.
When you arriving from the Prinos turn right on the first road that leads to the center of Skala Maries. Drive downhill to the Sunset beach and after 400m you will see the villa from your left side.
If you are looking for a quiet holiday, away from the crowd and traffic, Platanes Studios can be a good choice for you. It is ideal for families of friends that plan the holiday together.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, zanima me da li je slobodan 4+1 apartman u periodu od 01.08.? Da li je moguce da u njega bude smesteno 3 odrasle osobe, 1 dete od 13 godina, jedno od 10 i jedno od godinu i po dana? Po potrebi bismo poneli krevetac za bebu ukoliko ne moze drugacije? Hvala
