Our description
Platanes Studios is located near Sunset Beach in the village of Skala Maries. It offers guests privacy and studios that open directly onto a shaded courtyard. Parking and a barbecue are also available. The accommodation is a good choice for families or larger groups.
The villa is located 50m away from the Sunset beach. Nearby, there is the town beach in the center of the village (300m) and the popular Atspas beach (900m). In the center, you can find a butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, store, as well as several taverns.
The house has one 4 Bed Apartment, two 4 Bed Studios, and one 2 Bed studio located on the ground floor. The 4 Bed Apartment has an area of 42m2. It has one double bed in the bedroom and three single beds in the living room/kitchen. The 2 Bed Studio has an area of 23m2 and one double bed, while the 4 Bed studios have an area of 50m2. 4 Bed Studio type A has two single beds and one double bed, while type B has one double bed and a sofa bed for two people. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed or a crib for babies. All units have their own seating area in the courtyard, which is partially separated and has a table and chairs.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with internet, mosquito nets, TV, kitchen, bathroom, and hairdryer. The kitchens are fully equipped and have a large refrigerator, stove, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathrooms have shower cabins with curtains.
Cleaning and towel and linen replacement are done every four days.
The large courtyard with plenty of shade is accessible from all three studios. There is a barbecue in it.
Parking is provided for all accommodation guests.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, take a right at the first exit to the village of Skala Maries. Drive downhill towards Sunset Beach and after 400m, you will see the villa on the left side of the road.
If you want a peaceful vacation away from crowds and traffic, Platanes Studios can be a good choice. It is also ideal for two families vacationing together.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Pozdrav, zanima me da li je slobodan 4+1 apartman u periodu od 01.08.? Da li je moguce da u njega bude smesteno 3 odrasle osobe, 1 dete od 13 godina, jedno od 10 i jedno od godinu i po dana? Po potrebi bismo poneli krevetac za bebu ukoliko ne moze drugacije? Hvala

Da ne zaboravim nemam reci hvale ya yaposlene u agenciji NIKANA .Previse isfrustrirane,bez osecaja za potrebe turista.,bey strpljenja... Jedina pohvala za Nikanu .... u virtuelnom svetu su odlicni ,mailovi su [b]vrlo slatkorecivi [/b]ali kad imate problem morate se snalaziti [b]sami[/b]. Ogdovor agencije NIKANA tfonom na nas problem sa gazdaricom je bio KO VAM JE KRIV STO STE DALI UNAPRED NOVCE ..a kad pogledate NIKANA uslove placanja naglaseno je najkasnije [b]3 dan[/b] da treba da isplatite ceo iznos...PA VI SAD RAZMISLITE .....

Ako zelite Velikog brata koji ce da vas posmatra non stop,sta radite,jedete i sl i ako zelite odmor pod stresom od nasrtljive gazdarice onda slobodno izaberite ovaj smestaj. i NARAVNO PARE UNAPRED ODMAH PO DOLASKU .... Slika udaljenosti od plaze je uradjena tako da se ne vidi jedna ogromna bela velika kuca.Kuca je izbrisana sa slike tako da izgleda kao da imate pogled na more. Kuca je direktno na cesti .Da bi dosli do plaze morate preci cestu...sto zbog dece i nije bas izbor. Cena smestaja [b]previsoka[/b] u odnosu na cene smestaja u selu Scala Maries na Thassosu i na kvalitet smestaja. Za sve potrebe treba voziti 9 ili 12 km svaki dan u najblizu Limenariju ili Potos da se snabdete . Tasos je odlican izbor ali .,...
