Description
Maraki Apartments are located in Skala Maries and offers two spacious and nice decorated apartments with sea view. Accommodation is very well equipped and it is close to the city beach, as well as to Atspas beach.
Maraki is in the center of Skala Maries, 50 meters from the city beach, shops and taverns.
It consist of two duplex apartments. One is on the first and the other is on the second floor. Both have around 78m2. Both apartments have partial sea view.
5 Bed Apartment, First Floor is on the first floor and has one double bed in bedroom while other bedroom is separated with slide door and has one single and one smaller double bed. Bathroom is a little bit older and has a bathtub. Kitchen is separated and fully equipped. It has oven and big fridge.
5 Bed Apartment, Second Floor is on the second floor and have one double bed in first bedroom. Other bedroom has smaller double bed (not standard size). Living room has one single bed as well. Bathroom has a bathtub. Kitchen is equipped and it's inside the living room. It has stove with oven, big fridge, coffee machine, kettle and also there is a barbecue on the terrace.
There is no possibility of adding an extra bed.
Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement is done after 3 days.
There is no private parking so you can leave you car in streets around the building.
Coming from Prinos direction, you should get in Skala Maries on the first entrance. Drive to the center and city beach. As soon as you reach tavern Cavo D'Oro, turn left and you will see Maraki on your left side, right after the parking.
This accommodation is good choice for those who search for good location considering the beach and the center.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
