Above The Sea Apartments is a modern accommodation with beautiful sea view and private parking. The villa is located in Skala Maries, not far from the popular Atspas Beach and offers four equipped apartments for 4-6 people.
The closest store is located in the first row to the sea, at a distance of 100m, where is the popular Atspas beach. In the center of the town are most taverns, pharmacies, butchers and bakery at 500m from the villa.
There are two apartments with sea view. Upstairs apartment (32m2), 4 Bed Apartment II (AMA: 00000003816), has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. Ground floor apartment, 4 Bed Apartment I (AMA: 00000003767), is smaller (29m2), it has the same layout except that there is no oven in the kitchen and it has a smaller fridge. Both apartments have a large terrace.
From the 2018 season, there are also two six-bed maisonettes located a few steps below 4 Bed Apartment I and have beautiful sea view.
Maisonette number III (AMA: 00000003895) has an area of 55m2, one double bed on the gallery, another in the downstairs bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room (1.6x2m). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, stove, coffee maker, cooker and toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terrace is spacious and has a seating area.
Maisonette number IV (AMA: 00000003927) is larger (58m2) and it is arranged in the same way. One double bed measures 1.6x2m while the other is narrower 1.4x2m (the size of the bed is the same in both maisonettes).
All accommodation units have wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. Washing machine is available for an extra charge. Smoking in apartments is forbidden.
The owners provide clean linen and towels for 5-7 days, and the cleaning of the apartment during the stay guests take care of themselves and get all the necessary things.
Private parking is provided for guests of apartments I, II and IV. Guests of apartment number III can leave their vehicle in a street in front of the villa.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, when you see the sign for Atspas beach at the exit of Skala Maries from the highway, turn right and drive along the coast until you come to intersection (200m after the cafe Porto Gatos). On the right side of the road you will see the board for Dimitris Pension where you turn right and immediately after a few meters again right onto a dirt road which after 220m will bring you to your accommodation. The villa is located in the second row to the sea.
The accommodation is ideal for anyone looking for a modern accommodation near a sandy beach, overlooking the sea.

This is a brand new house with two apartments just above Atspas beach in Skala Maries village, Thasos.
Apartment 1 -AMA:00000003767- (29m2) has one bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200), two bedside drawers, two reading lamps and a large three doors closet. There is an open space living room and kitchen, with a comfortable sofa bed (140cm by 190cm) that sleeps up to two adults.
Apartment 2 -AMA:00000003816- (32m2) with one bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140cm x 200cm), two bedside drawers, two reading lamps and a two doors closet. There is an open space living room and kitchen, with a comfortable sofa bed (130x200) that sleeps up to two adults.
Apartments 3 (AMA:00000003895) and 4 (AMA:00000003927) (55m2) are actually maisonettes which have one separate bedroom with the double bed (160x200cm), one double bed (140x200cm) on the upper floor where stairs lead, and folding sofa bed (160x200cm) for two adults in the living room which is connected with the kitchen. They can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The modern fitted kitchen has all the necessary equipment for you to cook for four people, a fridge and a coffee maker. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a 24” LED HD TV. The air condition unit is there for you to adjust the room temperature at your desire. There is a main bathroom with a shower and we will provide you with towels, soap and toilet paper. All windows and balcony doors have exterior rolling shutters, so you could easily adjusting the luminosity in the whole apartment from total dark to full light. All the windows have insect screens, as well as the balcony door has a very practical sliding insect screen to keep insects out of your apartment. Large window doors will give you access to the balcony where you will be able to enjoy the magnificent sea view. The balcony is the best feature of the apartment where you will find a wooden table and two armchairs for you to enjoy your meals, coffee and drinks at the beautiful view. From the balcony you can see Atspas beach just in front of you that blends with the clear blue sea and the green of the Atspas hill. During the whole year you will see boats sailing at the Pelagos and if you are a good observer you will be able to spot the dolphins that feed and play around the area all year long!! You will enjoy watching the sunsets in the evening just before you are ready to enjoy the night life of the island.
You will find the private parking waiting for you in front of the apartments’ entrance very convenient and it is for free.

All amenities are located on a very short distance from the apartment. The beach, a coffee shop/restaurant and a mini market are only a 5-minute walk. Skala Maries village center with restaurants and fish taverns, small bars, a supermarket, butcher, bakery, even a pharmacy is only within eight minutes walking distance.
There is public transportation, a bus that can take you at certain places in the island. You can find the timetable here: (URL HIDDEN) But it is recommended to get a private transportation a car or motorbike.
Internet access is available through WiFi and the access codes will be given at your arrival.

Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
- Minimum stay is three nights.
- Maximum people that can stay in the 4 Bed Apartment I and 4 Bed Apartment II is four.
- Prices for the 6 Bed Maisonette III and 6 Bed Maisonette IV are valid for the stay of four people.
- In case the guests use PayPal please select the option “Sending to a friend” and not “Paying for an item or service”.
- Extra charge for the fifth and sixth person in 6 Bed Maisonette III and 6 Bed Maisonette IV is 10e per night per person.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
