Hotel Description

Above The Sea Apartments is a modern accommodation with beautiful sea view and private parking. The villa is located in Skala Maries, not far from the popular Atspas Beach and offers four equipped apartments for 4-6 people.

The closest store is located in the first row to the sea, at a distance of 100m, where is the popular Atspas beach. In the center of the town are most taverns, pharmacies, butchers and bakery at 500m from the villa.

There are two apartments with sea view. Upstairs apartment (32m2), 4 Bed Apartment II (AMA: 00002189921), has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. Ground floor apartment, 4 Bed Apartment I (AMA: 00002189857), is smaller (29m2), it has the same layout except that there is no oven in the kitchen and it has a smaller fridge. Both apartments have a large terrace.

From the 2018 season, there are also two six-bed maisonettes located a few steps below 4 Bed Apartment I and have beautiful sea view. Maisonette number III (AMA: 00000003895) has an area of 55m2, one double bed on the gallery, another in the downstairs bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room (1.6x2m). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, stove, coffee maker, cooker and toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terrace is spacious and has a seating area. Maisonette number IV (AMA: 00000003927) is larger (58m2) and it is arranged in the same way. One double bed measures 1.6x2m while the other is narrower 1.4x2m (the size of the bed is the same in both maisonettes).

All accommodation units have wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The washing machine is available for bookings of 6 nights or more, upon arrangement with the owner. Smoking in apartments is forbidden.

The owners provide clean linen and towels for 5-7 days, and the cleaning of the apartment during the stay guests take care of themselves and get all the necessary things.

Private parking is provided for guests of apartments III and VI, while guests of apartments I and II can park on the street.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, when you see the sign for Atspas beach at the exit of Skala Maries from the highway, turn right and drive along the coast until you come to intersection (200m after the cafe Porto Gatos). On the right side of the road you will see the board for Dimitris Pension where you turn right and immediately after a few meters again right onto a dirt road which after 220m will bring you to your accommodation. The villa is located in the second row to the sea.

The accommodation is ideal for anyone looking for a modern accommodation near a sandy beach, overlooking the sea.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay is three nights in apartments I and II, and five nights in apartments III and IV.
Ecological (residence) tax is €8 per day/per accommodation unit.
