Adult is a person older than 18 years.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.

Description

Above The Sea Apartments is a modern accommodation with beautiful sea view and private parking. The villa is located in Skala Maries, not far from the popular Atspas Beach and offers four equipped apartments for 4-6 people.

The closest store is located in the first row to the sea, at a distance of 100m, where is the popular Atspas beach. In the center of the town are most taverns, pharmacies, butchers and bakery at 500m from the villa.

There are two apartments with sea view. Upstairs apartment (32m2), 4 Bed Apartment II (AMA: 00002189921), has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. Ground floor apartment, 4 Bed Apartment I (AMA: 00002189857), is smaller (29m2), it has the same layout except that there is no oven in the kitchen and it has a smaller fridge. Both apartments have a large terrace.

From the 2018 season, there are also two six-bed maisonettes located a few steps below 4 Bed Apartment I and have beautiful sea view.
Maisonette number III (AMA: 00000003895) has an area of 55m2, one double bed on the gallery, another in the downstairs bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room (1.6x2m). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, stove, coffee maker, cooker and toaster. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The terrace is spacious and has a seating area.
Maisonette number IV (AMA: 00000003927) is larger (58m2) and it is arranged in the same way. One double bed measures 1.6x2m while the other is narrower 1.4x2m (the size of the bed is the same in both maisonettes).

All accommodation units have wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. Washing machine is available for an extra charge. Smoking in apartments is forbidden.

The owners provide clean linen and towels for 5-7 days, and the cleaning of the apartment during the stay guests take care of themselves and get all the necessary things.

Private parking is provided for guests of apartments III and VI, while guests of apartments I and II can park on the street.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, when you see the sign for Atspas beach at the exit of Skala Maries from the highway, turn right and drive along the coast until you come to intersection (200m after the cafe Porto Gatos). On the right side of the road you will see the board for Dimitris Pension where you turn right and immediately after a few meters again right onto a dirt road which after 220m will bring you to your accommodation. The villa is located in the second row to the sea.

The accommodation is ideal for anyone looking for a modern accommodation near a sandy beach, overlooking the sea.

An extraordinary accommodation that deserves every praise. A breathtaking view that offers complete tranquility. Comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Pros
A phenomenal terrace, excellently equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with ample storage space, and a superb bathroom. Everything functions perfectly; it is impeccably clean and modern. The owner is wonderful and unobtrusive. The view is the greatest advantage.

We stayed in an apartment accommodating six people. The house was clean and cozy, providing us with everything we needed. Jannis was available for any inquiries we had. The beautiful beach, Astpas, was conveniently close to the apartment. A small shop stocked with all essentials was nearby. The center of Skala Maries was just a ten-minute walk away, featuring tavernas and a bakery. We had a wonderful holiday there.

The duplex apartment for 6 people exceeded all our expectations; it is more beautiful and spacious than depicted in the photos. Everything is new and stylishly furnished, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment is cozy, spacious, and comfortable for our family of five. The terrace offers a lovely view and comfortable seating. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances, from a coffee filter machine, toaster, and milk frother to an oven, a proper dining table, and basic items such as glasses, plates, and cutlery, all in sufficient quantity. There is secured parking in front of the entrance, not on the street. The owner, Janis, is very kind and available for anything we needed. We truly recommend it; we were extremely satisfied.

The apartment is exceptionally comfortable, equipped with modern furniture, and the host is very friendly and accommodating, taking care of every detail. Our family of four stayed in apartment number 3, which spans two levels and can accommodate up to six people. The sofa in the dining area is remarkably spacious and comfortable, unlike the sofas and extra beds in other apartments where we have stayed. In the morning hours, the apartment's terrace is shaded, allowing you to enjoy your coffee on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, while in the evening you can witness a spectacular sunset. You can reach Atspas beach, located just below the apartment, within a mere 3-4 minutes on foot. The apartment is equipped with a total of three air conditioning units, literally in every room, so you need not worry about the temperature. The street where the apartments are located is very quiet and offers ample parking space in front and across from the apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of Mr. Yannis, and we can hardly wait to return.

Tasos exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was equally impressive. For those seeking a quality vacation, the Above the Sea apartment in Skala Marion is the perfect spot. The area is quiet, with only a few local establishments, and after 10 PM, there is complete silence without music or noise. The apartment is situated in a phenomenal location with a breathtaking view. The owner, Ioannis, is exceptionally kind and always available to assist. It takes about ten minutes of leisurely walking to reach the beach below the apartment. The shortcut to the beach is quite steep and not safe for small children. Atspas Beach is beautiful, featuring a stunning sunset. The only downside to the beach is that it is entirely covered with sunbeds and umbrellas, leaving very little space for those who prefer not to pay for sunbeds and would rather stay on their towels. Overall, if you desire a quality vacation with family and small children, Above the Sea apartments is the right place!

The apartment is excellent, very clean, modern, and new. It is located near the beach (second row of houses), free from noise, offering a wonderful view of the sea and sunset. The host is available if anything is needed - warm, reliable, and organized.

Dear Sir/Madam, the accommodation is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and in perfect condition. The only point I would like to convey to other families with children or slightly older travelers is that the path to the beach involves steep steps, first leading to the first row of houses by the shore, and then to the second row where our accommodation is located, accessible via semi-steps, which includes a portion through overgrown vegetation, and walking on uneven terrain. I believe this can be challenging for people with small children, and strollers are practically unusable. It may also pose a challenge for older travelers. In such cases, it is necessary to drive to the beach. The location is peaceful, devoid of noise, offering absolute tranquility and a beautiful view.

Hello everyone, First, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone at the agency for their excellent service. Regarding the accommodation, it is impeccably arranged and ideal for families with two children. It is well-equipped and spacious enough for a longer stay. The location is convenient, and the view is unforgettable. We spent most of our time on the terrace, which is functional and perfect for relaxation. I must mention the hosts, Jani and Despina, who are wonderful people ready to assist their guests. In short, this accommodation deserves every recommendation. Postovani, zainteresovani smo za odmor u Above the sea apartmanima, od 28.06.2024 do 10.07.2024. Zanima me samo da li postoje neke stepenice koje direktno vode na plazu iz apartmana ili mora da se kruzi da bi se stiglo do plaze? Bili smo pre par godina u smestaju Thalasorrama koji se nalazi odmah ispod ovih apartmana i znam da do njih ima stepenica ali nisam siguran da li ih ima i do Above the sea apartmana.
