Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Magda Studios is located in Skala Maries close to the Sunset and city beach. It is classic accommodation but very clean, with spacious balconies and nice yard.
City beach is 180 meters away while Platanes/Sunset is 200 meters far.
The house is old but renovated in 2010. It is on a hill, surrounded mostly by private houses. It has four apartments in total (around 22m2). Two of those are at the front side and two are in the back of the house.
The front apartments are a better choice, with a partial sea view. All consist of one room with two joined single beds, closet, kitchen, TV, A/C and other very small room where is only a bunk bed for two children. These units have separate balconies.
Two apartments in the back side of the house are one step lower than the level of the balcony. The rest is the same as in the other two apartments. They have a common porch with a mountain view.
Cleaning and the replacement of sheets and towels is done every three days.
A courtyard has a small summer house and plenty of tables and chairs (the oven exists only here and all the guests can use it). There are two barbecues.
Private parking exists only for up to two cars. Other guests can park on the street.
Coming from Prinos get off the main road before the bridge and continue towards the village for another 500m and than turn left and after 40m you will see the accommodation on your right side.
The accommodation is decent and clean, on a very quiet location so it is a good option for families and friends.

Dobro vece zanima nas apartman villa Magda imate li slobodni termin za 14 - 15 .07 2+2 (10, 12 ) god. Ako nemate neki drugi u taj termin do 40 - 50 e.Puno pozdrava iz Skopjla

Postovan, slobodan je apartman u vili Kostas. Ako vam to odgovara mozete odmah popuniti upit za rezervaciju. Imate kuhinju a gazde Kostasa i Magde su isti ljudi i stvarno jesu ljubazni. Dvoriste imate, cisto je a za masinu se mozete dogovoriti sa gazdama. Srdacan pozdrav

Zao nam je sto nemate mesta u Magda vili, a zanima nas i Kosta vila jer smo dobili preporuke da je veoma cisto,odlicno opremljeno kao i da su gazde veoma ljubazne. Zeleli bi smo vasu preporuku za isti period 19 JULA DO 8 AVGUSTA studijo ili apartman slicnog tipa, na nekim lepim plazama i mestima poput golden bicha,skala panagia, skale maries, pahisa... Zbog duzeg perioda znacilo bi nam i koriscenje ves masine(ako je moguce), opremljena kuhinja, lepa terasa, dvoriste, redovno ciscenje i zamena peskira i naravno ljubazne domacine. Pa ako imate nesto interesantno za nas koje u vecem zadovoljava nase potrebe, javite. Veliki pozdrav!
