Hotel Description

Sol Pedra Villa is new and modernly furnished. It is located on the hill, close to the beach and Skala Maries village. From the rooms you have nice view to the sea and the village and the villa has a pool.

The closest beach is at 200m, while the Atspas beach is about 1km away. The closest shops and restaurants are in the center of Skala Maries (1,5km).

This is one of the more modern, newly built accommodations on Thassos, and consists of five spacious rooms. Three quadruple rooms are located on the ground floor, and two triple rooms are upstairs. The quadruple rooms have a double bed and bunk beds, and the triple rooms have a double bed and a single bed. All five rooms can be rented together, as a villa for 18 people, or individually.

All rooms are similarly equipped, with A/C, internet, TV and mosquito nets. In every room, there’s a small fridge, while the shared kitchen is on the ground floor. Every room has its own bathroom and a spacious balcony. The rooms on the first floor have a sea view, while the rooms on the ground floor have a mountain and sea view.

Cleaning is performed every day, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three days.

On the ground floor of the house, there’s is a BBQ for the guests. In front of the house is a shared part of the garden with the pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.

There’s no parking within the yard, but you can park in front of the house.

Villa Sol Pedra is located outside Skala Maries, on the road to Limenaria. If you are arriving from Prinos, pass the turning towards Atspas beach, follow the main road for another 700m and on the left side, you will see the small street leading towards the villa.

Due to its location, Marepedra Villa can be an ideal accommodation if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable vacation, regardless of the slightly higher price.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
