Hotel Description

Maria House is located on the Sunset beach in Skala Maries. There are two small cottages, built in a year 2014. The beach is sandy. The houses are very well equipped, new and modern and they are ideal for those who want privacy, peace and beach nearby.

From the center of Skala Maries is 350 meters far away.

First house was built in 2014. It has 45m2. On the ground floor there is a double bed, kitchen and a bathroom. On the gallery there are two more single beds. As you can see on the pictures, the upper floor is not separated from the lower (it doesn’t have a door and from the other side is the fence, not a wall). Also the sealing is a bit lower than usual. An extra fifth bed can be added.

Inside the house there is a completely equipped kitchen with a big fridge and an oven, TV, internet and air condition.

Since season 2025, an additional unit is available – a four-bed apartment with a private pool. It consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for two people, located in the living room/kitchen area. This unit is equipped with two air conditioners.

The yard is well-equipped. Each house has its own entrance and a private veranda with garden furniture. The first house features a private barbecue, while the second house offers a private pool.

Cleaning and the change of the sheets and towels is done very three days.

The accommodation has a private parking, so a parking space is guaranteed.

Wide sandy beach is with sun beds and parasols (free of charge if you buy drink or coffee). You can also bring to the beach the sun beds that are in the garden. This beach is rarely crowded, even during the August.

Coming from Prinos, turn right from the main road when you see Skala Maries. Continiue driving for another 350m and you will see the villa on your right, on the beach.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
