Description
The A.D.K Maison Apartment is located in the tranquil village of Skala Maries, on the southwest coast of Thassos, just 50 meters away from the sandy beach. The apartment spans two levels and can accommodate up to six adults and one child. On the first level, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the second level, there is another bedroom. The rooms are furnished with a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed, while the living room features a pull-out sofa.
The property is air-conditioned and offers free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower. Guests can enjoy the balcony with a sea view, while cleaning and bed linen change are done every third day.
Parking is not private, but it is easy to find a spot in front of the property or in the surrounding streets. The apartment is located 750 meters away from Platanas Beach, 7.4 km from Limenaria, and the nearest airports are in Kavala (56.7 km) and Thessaloniki (255 km).

Discount
For reservations made before 28.02.2025, for period from 01.05.2025 to 30.09.2025, discount of 8 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
