A.D.K. Maison Apartment is situated in the village of Skala Maries, right by the sea, at a distance of 70m from the sandy Atspas beach with a long shallow. The town center, where most taverns and the city beach are located, is 500m away, while the nearest store is in the same street, 90m from the accommodation.
This is a newly built and elegant apartment with two bedrooms, spanning two levels and can accommodate up to six adults and one child. The entrance is on the high ground level (13 steps from the ground), with a terrace that offers a direct and captivating view of the sea.
On the lower level, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for sleeping two people. On the upper level, separated by doors, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out chair for a child.
The apartment features three air conditioners, TV, internet, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, oven with four burners, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
Guests have access to a spacious terrace with a table, chairs, and a private barbecue. From the terrace, you can enjoy the sunset and the view of the deep blue sea.
Guests usually park in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
Pets are allowed upon request and by prior arrangement.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
