Sunny Day Studios is situated near two beaches, offering tranquility, privacy, and comfort. A parking spot, along with all the necessary amenities for a beautiful and pleasant stay, is provided.

The accommodation is located in Skala Maries, just two streets away from the ‘center’. The nearest market is approximately 220m away, while the closest taverns, cafes, and pastry shops are around 130m away.

Platanes Beach (formerly Sunset) is at a distance of 61m, while the city beach is located 150m away.

The accommodation consists of two apartments, each accommodating three to four people.

The 3 Bed Apartment (36m2) is situated on the lower (first) floor and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed (slightly narrower than standard) and a sofa located in the living room/kitchen.

The 4 Bed Apartment (36m2) is located on the upper (second) floor and consists of a separate bedroom with two single beds and a living room/kitchen with two more single beds. The construction is cascading.

Both apartments feature WiFi, air conditioning (the quadruple apartment has two units), a large balcony overlooking the street and a side view of the sea in the distance, parking, TV, mosquito nets, a kitchen (intended solely for preparing light meals), kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator.

Towels and bed linen are changed every four days. As for cleaning, there is an optional surcharge of around 25 euros per service.

The yard is fenced, and within it, there is a private parking area.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
