Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Sunrise Maries Rooms is a newly built accommodation in the small and charming village of Skala Maries, located 300m from the town beach and main street with taverns.
Offering triple and quadruple rooms with sea views. On the first floor, there are four triple rooms, equipped with a double bed and a single bed. On the second floor, there are six quadruple rooms spread over two levels, containing a double bed and a sofa bed for two. It is important to emphasize that the levels are not physically separated by doors.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, hairdryer, safe, mosquito nets, mini-bar, and kettle.
All rooms have a balcony with sea views. The balconies between the rooms are separated by screens.
The accommodation does not have its own private parking, but it is possible to park nearby.
Pets are not allowed. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
