- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Margarita First Line Villa is located approximately 100m from the beach and features a private swimming pool. It can accommodate up to nine persons, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a more tranquil vacation.
The villa is situated about 1km from the center of Skala Maries village, and approximately 700m from the sandy Atspas beach.
This exquisite villa consists of two levels. The ground floor comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom features a sofa bed for two. On the upper floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed for two, and another bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of nine guests, seven adults and two children.
A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.
The villa is air-conditioned, with an air conditioning unit in each room. Guests have access to complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
You can spend most of your time on the spacious veranda or by the pool, relaxing on sun loungers. The verandas and the yard are furnished with seating sets and loungers.
A barbecue is available upon request.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation units during their stay. Towel and linen change is possible for an additional fee.
One parking space is provided within the yard for guests, but there is also ample parking space in front of the yard.
